Final Real Estate numbers for 2008 According to the MLS (multiple listing service) the final 2008 numbers for Bedford Co. residential sales are a little down from 2007. In fact we are lower than 2004. Anyone surprised? Keep in mind these numbers only reflect residential homes and not farms, just land, multifamily, or commercial property. First Time Home Buyers Get $7500 Tax Credit If you are a first time home buyer and you bought or buy a house between April 9,2008 and July 1 2009 then you are eligible to receive a $7500 tax credit.
