Can Cascade go deep in to the playoffs? Will the entire county get behind this team? What do you think? This is exciting for me as a past player and a fan. We have won some close games this year which should help in the playoffs, but everybody starts fresh and everybody is good. I hope a tough region will help us.

I also hope the community will rally behind them. The crowds have been great, but more people will give them that home field advantage. If you are noy busy come out to Wartrace on Friday.

I'm glad the election is over. Now I can watch the Titans and Cascade hopefully continue to dominate opponents.

I am actually afraid to go . . . every time I went to see Cascade play Jo Byrns they would lose by a huge margin(that is the only game I usually attend) and this year I didn't go and Cascade won. I am afraid I will jinx them. LOL!

I promised Dale Rucker I wouldn't go to any more of their games after I showed up at the Jo Byrns game in 2007 -- the first game I'd been to in years -- and they lost. So I'm doing my part as a faithful alum by staying away.

Yeah, I think I remember seeing you there. No wonder they lost so badly . . . it was double the jinx!

Nathan, I agree with you. Today feels so much "lighter" now that the election is over. We can all get back to supporting our teams instead of our candidates.

Jicarney & jaxspike, I think you will be safe to come this week. Just don't come if we meet Jo Byrns again in the third round. :) Assuming we get there.

I am very excited about this team. I have two boys on the team and would love to see them make a deep playoff run. The close games this season should serve them well throughout the playoffs. The past two years we steam rolled through the regular season only to lose when we encountered some contraversy. Hopefully the knowledge that we can win close games will serve this team well when facing tougher competition.
