You'd think I have nothing better to do...I also made some other things, but I'll have to post those another time since I can only post one picture per blog.

Yesterday, my husband decided in the morning that he wanted to get a Shamrock Shake because it's that time of year. I was okay with that since I know how much he loves them - I think they're nasty business. It's like someone mixed Maalox with Crest and they want you to drink it...it's not a good idea, but I can understand people liking that sort of thing...Anyway, later on yesterday afternoon, he decided he didn't want one. One of curiosity, I looked them up to find that it is no longer available in most areas!

This was a surprise to us, since we've never had a problem getting one at any of the places we'd lived. It also gave us something to do for the afternoon - we called around to all the McDonalds in the area (Shelbyville, Tullahoma, Murfreesboro, Smyrna...) to see if any had some.

No one did!

Because he couldn't easily get one, my husband has been talking about the Shamrock Shake since yesterday! It's sad when this is what you wait for all year...Anyway, are any of you fans of the Shamrock Shake?

That's a new one on me!! I think I might like a Minty Mudbath though...maybe with a little Bailey's? :-)

I told Jer we could mix up some Maalox and Creme de Menthe, but I guess it's not the same...

Maybe a pistachio shake, lime sherbet or an Irish cofee would work.

Or maybe a Guinness or O"Doul's?

A belated Erin Go Bragh to all of the Irish out there-even if you're only Irish once a year!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I have never heard of it! Sounds interesting, though!
