photoshop help?Posted Thursday, September 25, 2008, at 12:43 PM
I'm sure there are a bunch of you who read this and know all about photoshop...my question is simple - could any of you point me to an online tutorial on how to use it? I really just need to resize a couple images and I want to sharpen them a bit. I'd imagine this isn't too hard to do.

Google it! There are hundreds of wicked cool site's that provide tutorials of EVERY aspect of Photoshop. I could give you some links to some of my favorites, but in the end you will have to decide on what works best for you!
I have photoshop CS3 and at the file bar at the top left. Choose image, image size, then choose what size you want.
The Auto levels work pretty well most of the time, but you might want to learn about filters for some of your special projects.
Adobe's website has a ton of tutorials that go way beyond what most people would even use 90% of the software for. That is where I started and later on I actually went to a few professional classes in Atlanta for a few days of intense training. I am not sure if you are looking to do this as a permanent use or just hobby.
Thanks for the link!

Good luck with your photos!
Thanks.
I use Photoshop 7. After you have opened up your image, go to "image:. A drop down will show you image size. You can play from there.
Sharpening is under filter. You can only sharpen a time or two before it falls apart.
Press F1 on your keyboard.
