I got this information via email from John Carney about this group -

STITCHES FROM THE HEART needs volunteers to knit, crochet or quilt blankets, little sweaters and hats for babies in need. These items are donated to hospitals all over the country. I think they sound like a good organization. I'm going to research them a bit more and also check out other organizations closer to home.

Also, we'll be having a second group meeting later in December so I'll post more about that closer to the date.

Great idea! I found some REALLY soft yarn on sale this weekend and picked it up in hopes of finding something like this!!
