I know this topic is really played out and we all have different opinions about it, but I saw this video today and it made me laugh. I thought I would share:

You may think this is played out, but in reality this is not too far from what is really going on.

80% of the public support the public option? Talk about balderdash!

I agree that something needs to be done to curb the insurance companies stranglehold on the health-care system, but don't lie and say something like 80% of the American public support a public option.

Yes, they are trying to be humorous, but they are also trying to put their spin on the issue as well.

Probably one of the few times where Will Ferrell is actually somewhat funny.

Some may think this is funny but it is true. All of these people who are against the healthcare plan had better wake up. Some of those protesting do not realize that they are helping.. the insurance companies continue to sock it to us. I am sure the insurance companies are happy that people are that ignorant. The only reason some in Washington do not want it is because they wont continue to get millions in thier pockets if they vote to pass the bill that will help the poor and uninsured. Some are worried that they will have to stand in line for medical help. Well people in America are already being denied treatment because of no insurance. One congressman suggested one woman try a charity because she was denied help for cancer. That is unrealistic.

Too honestly believe that governemnt run healthcare will not mean higher taxes is complete and utter lunacy. To believe that our government is actually capable of running such a program properly is absolute insanity.

If the new heath care will be considered higher taxes on Americans , will the money they save from lower health care premiums be considered tax breaks ?
