Off topic: If I won $100M in the lottery, I would be kicking myself in the a$$ for being stupid. The lottery is a tax on poor/stupid people.

  • Donald Trump supports mail in voting in Florida.

  • A tax on poor stupid people? So you would not accept the $100M? Should that ever happen, this is one stupid person who will help your guilt. :-)

I am not sure what Trump is thinking about Florida except he says that he has faith in their system, developed over years, not months.

One of our side businesses is selling online and for convenience and cost we use the USPS. They are rather undependable at the moment. Our Priority packages go across the Nation to get to Atlanta. Shipping times are extended dramatically and occasionally do not arrive.

That is not a system I would trust for a National election.

But, if you notice, the news media and National Democrats are starting to push for a National lock-down to stop the virus, which would conveniently force a mail in ballot which they are pushing. Hmmm, surely there is no connection. LOL

  • Steve, if the lottery is a tax, it is paid only selectively and voluntarily. I can think of no tax that is optional. Can anybody else? All taxes I know are mandatory.

  • I would agree Carl. It is a new interpretation of the word to give it the emotional response desired.

Steve, I should have specified me buying the ticket. Of course, if someone gave me a ticket I would cash it in. Only a portion of the money paid in for tickets gets returned to the players. A big chunk gets (usually) squandered by the government. Therefore, on average, the return on investment is negative.

Kinda stupid. And I use the term investment in the same sarcastic tone as I did tax. On the other hand, if you take the same amount of money and actually invest it over time, on average, you will have an actual return on investment. Assuming you pick a decent investment.

Carl, you need some explaining done to you. Only one tax was mandatory. Obamacare. Income tax is not madatory. If you voluntarily choose to not generate an income, they ain't gonna tax you. Choose not to pay sales tax? Great! Just don't go buy stuff. Wanna play the lottery? You are free to choose to voluntarily pay the stupid tax.

By the way, Steve, I have long thought we need a place called stupid jail. Only problem is we couldn't build enough of them.

  • Whew! Stupid jail. You are right, we probably all would do some time at some time during our life. Like the time in Atlanta when I .... sorry Carl, started to wander. (actually saved by the request to stay on track) :-)

  • The one thing I love about these blogs is the anonymous trolls are so cerebral. Examples from above, "only a portion of the money paid in for tickets gets returned to the players." Gosh I thought the government added money to the ticket sales total and gave it to the players.

Further, I was personally admonished that income tax and sales tax are not mandatory. One simply needs to die from starvation and/or extreme poverty to show the man you don't have to pay taxes....brillant!!

Are we going to be ragaled with yet another story of all the mortal dangers that accompanied going to the T-G and giving them your name?

cmcclanahan, I hate to tell you this, but the Federal Income Tax is Optional.[There is a cannon of proof that all Federal Legislation applies ONLY IN Federal Territories.] All Federal Laws and Codes apply in Federal territories to Federal Citizens, which are united States Corporate Citizens, and Fourteenth Amendment Citizens, and government employees including Military Personnel. Just another Privilege for being white. Well Darn, it looks like White Lives Matter also.

Once you pay the taxes, NEVER, EVER stop filing unless you know the law and the constitution and supreme court decisions and the Internal Revenue Codes, which applies to the IRS not you.

It is all in the definitions as to whether you have to pay or not. Everything the IRS does is Fraudulent, even the letters they send you are Fraudulent [BECAUSE] All Documents that are mailed by the IRS MUST have the agent's signature signed under the Penalty of Perjury! They don't sign documents let alone under the Penalty of Perjury because they could go to Prison for up to 5 years if they sign that threatening letter to you.

They also do not answer any or your letters, because they don't write you letters. Letters you receive are standard form letters that closely applies to your situation. They just print your name etc on them.

When dealing with the IRS you have the right to demand their full name, IRS badge or employee number and legal copies of 2 or more legal identification with their name and on them and their notarized signature.

The IRS is a foreign company located in Puerto Rico and have no authority over the American people (UNLESS) you volunteer. That's where they got you. You have been told you MUST pay Taxes so the first time you send them $1.00 you just volunteered. When you fill out a w-4 form for your employer, you just agreed to have taxes taken out of your pay. NOW you MUST Un-volunteer out of the system or go to jail.

You just have to be smarter than what you are working with!

For example! Why would you stop paying your taxes or filing a return when Trump is shutting down the IRS, Federal Reserve, Central Banks, defaulting on the National Fraudulent Debt and sending the money stolen from you by the IRS to you after he is re-elected.

The Debt Forgiveness has already started in the United States. I heard just today from a trucker that Truckers no longer have to pay a tax on the trucks they buy. I can't verify that. I think it means no taxes after it is bought and paid for the first time? Like not paying taxes every time something is resold. (See NESARA Law)
