mother in lawPosted Friday, March 6, 2009, at 11:53 AM
have the most awesome Mother in Law. Some people have a hard time with theirs and i have never understood that.
Jean Ann is four foot eight inches and a Dynamo.
She is the hardest working person i have ever seen.
She worked at a waitress at a truck stop and Jim Olivers steak house, until she broke her back taking big buckets of ice out of the salad bar.
I used to have so much fun going to resale shops, yards sales and discount places with her.
She raised one disabled child and two rambunctious boys before government assistance for the disabled could help her and her husband David.
David passed away in 1984, on her birthday, and she supplemented her income cleaning houses, and odd jobs.
She was a constant ball of energy even with a broken back.
She would help anyone in need and often did give her last dime to do so.
Jean Ann passed away suddenly on Wednesday March 4, 2009. She passed away on her former husbands birthday.
Her Services will be at Cumberland Funeral Home in Monteagle Tennessee.
She is survived by several brothers and sisters ,two sons and her husband Francis Shelby "Rocky" Rakauskaus.
I will deeply miss this firecracker of a woman, mother in law and good friend.
