Thank you for the Computer DonationPosted Wednesday, February 10, 2010, at 7:29 PM
I recently had a young lady donate some computers to me and I am able to wipe these clean and reinstall the operating systems on them to give to needy families with autistic children.
I have 2 computers that are almost complete, I need a monitor for one, and they'll be ready to give to the Bedford County Autism Society run by Leta Frame. She is such a awesome woman, if you need someone to help you understand autism and the laws concerning schooling, she's your woman. I wanted to thank the young lady again and say "thank you" on behalf of these families that will get so blessed by these computers. If you are interested in contacting the Local chapter of the Autism Society please email parentsact@gmail.com. They are wonderful people and have years of wisdom behind them. this is another great resource. Again, thank you so much! You have been a blessing. Having a child with Autism, I know the finacial struggles that come with the diagnosis. We don't need a computer, but I know there will be two families that will be blessed!
Leta is an AMAZING and dedicated woman to all of us who have spectrum kids. I just wanted to say a special thanks to her right here on your blog! =)
