Let us take a moment to mourn the death of Capitalism and Free Enterprise in America...Posted Thursday, November 8, 2012, at 2:01 AM
I take no credit for this public photo supplied by Rottenecards and currently floating openly around Facebook. It is intended to be humorous and nothing more. Any resemblance to a Democrat you know in real life is purely coincidental. :D
Obama has had four years in which to make things better...to provide some of that "change" he was so famous for spewing in 2008, but it has only gotten worse...the unemployment, the economy, the national debt, etc. The majority of poor and/or under-educated do not see the damage to our economy. Why? Because while the hard-working middle class has been struggling to make their house payment, car payment, pay utilities, cell phone bill, buy gas, food, clothing, medicine, pay for medical and car insurance and their OWN medical bills...the majority of the poor are watching TV and waiting on 12:00am to hit at the first of the month so they can pay their "reduced cost" rent, "reduced cost" utilities, car payment, car insurance...um ,let's see--their food, medical and cell phone are free so I guess that's just about it...all of which that hard-working middle class family helped pay for while struggling to pay their own debt. Explain to me how that is in any way, shape or form fair? Yes, not all poor are waiting on a hand-out, many do work hard at minimum wage jobs...especially since the unemployment rise has left so many with limited or no options. That goes back to the unemployment rate being among the highest it has been in more than two and a half decades. And quit blaming everything on the 'other guy.' Ronald Reagan didn't go around blaming everything on Jimmy Carter.
Our country was founded on Capitalism and Free Enterprise...building your wealth (no matter how meager) by the sweat of your back. Capitalism died this week...and in its place will emerge a new Socialistic America. Congratulations, the government now owns you....but hey, at least they'll take care of you for the rest of your life. Or at least until that hard-working middle class ultimately becomes the poor and there is no one left to rob but the rich, including all those rich Democrat politicians. Let's see, what is it they call countries with only rich and poor classes and no in-between...
I am sure I will come under attack by many nameless, anonymous readers who supported Obama, most of whom probably collect food stamps or SSI but would never admit to it and will likely not post their real name to this. Let me just say that I am proud NOT to be politically correct. I am not racist or discriminatory...I truly do not care what race the president is, and I am a registered DEMOCRAT...have been since I was 18 years old. I voted for Bill Clinton and I did not vote for George W. I oppose Obama because I do not agree with his plans for a more socialist economy and his projected 'massive' tax hike on the working class to pay for it (we do good paying our bills now without having government raise taxes another 20-30%), and because I take a stand against fetal killings.
Obama supporters, here is what you just earned us, especially if you voted in a swing state:
4 MORE YEARS of funding Planned Parenthood - the Nation's #1 abortion provider (yep, your tax dollars will aid in the killing of someone's fetus).
4 MORE YEARS of abortion-on-demand for ANY reason (heck of a birth control method you got there).
4 MORE YEARS of a President who supports abortion even based on gender (wow, sort of like playing God.)
4 MORE YEARS of a President who is ok with leaving babies left to die if they survive abortion (how is that any different from Murder in the 2nd degree?).
4 MORE YEARS of a President who sees unplanned babies as a punishment (seriously?).
4 MORE YEARS of our tax dollars going to fund abortion in foreign countries (just when you thought your taxes were staying "in-house").
Shall I go on? I mean, it extends far beyond the subject of abortion into that of small business. Just because you are a Democrat doesn't mean you have to support bad policies. And if you think Obama Care will fix all our problems, talk to a Canadian sometime. I have, and was told to do the following in order to adjust to the coming change and redistribution of wealth:
...Sell all you own, empty your bank accounts, keep only enough of your pay to sustain your family, and send all this money to the federal government. They will then give your money and wealth to others. Yes, and continue to send most of your paycheck each and every payday...
Most of the Obama voters don't want to do this. They want EVERYONE ELSE to do it!
The simple fact of the matter is citizens have a right to vote for whomever they wish. I do not deny anyone that right nor criticize anyone for exercising that right. But I have spoken with many Obama supporters--including my mother and father and some in-laws--who were either misinformed or uninformed on Obama's plans for the country. They were choosing to vote Obama simply because he was Democrat and they didn't like Romney, and Obama was so good at talking with a sliver tongue...I'm still waiting for him to fulfill any of the 2008 promises he made. Someone said to me "hey, how can things get any worse?" We'll see...
This country divided in two once before [a non-related matter], during a time when brother fought brother and a Union bloodied a Confederacy. The free-enterprising country as we no it no longer exists. Small businesses will cave under the cost demands of Obama's plan. And now that Obama has no eventuality beyond this impending term, his reign will be unabashed and destructive. In layman terms, it means "Obama has nothing to lose since he can't be re-elected beyond this term...he is unleashed and liberal hierarchy is coming." Ok, admittedly that sounded a bit Bible-belting paranoid...I'm running a temp of 101.2 as I'm writing this so maybe it is a little, but I'm sure you can get my meaning. As they say down South, "Grab your hat and hold on to your seat cause it's gonna be a bumpy ride."
