SACP is wonderful! This is my son's first year of school, which means this is the first year I've used them and every person has just been great to work with...especially the program director, Ms. Sheree Floyd! God Bless that woman! :)
The School Age Care Program (SACP) has been open at Learning Way every day this week other than Monday when the snow first came, and will be open on this coming Monday when school is out for the holiday. It is for grades k-8th for anyone who is registerd. Being open from 6 am to 6 pm allows time for the children to play games, go to the gym, do crafts and activities, and are served 2 snacks a day. Price wise, it is very practical and you only pay for the days your children attend, not the whole week. SACP has been a real life saver for many years!!! :-)
The School Age Care Program has been open at Learning Way Elementary since Tuesday. This program is available for all k-8th children and very rarely are they closed, but they were on Monday due to such severe weather. You can sign up for the program at the board of education. When school is open they are at 8 different schools, and when school is closed all registered children k-8th are welcome to go to Learning Way. This is a very affordable, safe, and fun program for children to be involved in.
