I can't believe that the web site has finally recognized me again. For almost 2 months I have been blogless. It was impossible for me to post a blog. Hopefully it will work today. I've had so many topics in mind. Now I'm so anxious to see if this works properly that very little registers with me.
Last Thursday at the October meeting of the Fairview Family & Community Education Club there was a discussion regarding preserving energy, conservation of resources, and the subject of littering came up. What can we do to educate people so that they will not throw trash out the windows of their vehicles? It seems to be worse in Tennessee than in some other states. I remember years ago being in the state of Washington & realizing how clean everything looked. It was also that way in Indiana. Maybe the redneck comes out in Tennesseans, & we just have to junk it up. What will it take to make us a cleaner community?
