Catchy business names

Posted Friday, February 8, 2008, at 11:12 PM

What is the most catchy or perhaps the most appropriate name for a company you've ever seen?

Back when the phrase "Sock it to me" was often heard I noticed a pawn shop named Hock It To Me.

Another interesting name was a tavern in a college town playing on the Toys R Us name. It was called Suds R Us.

There's the "Little A'Le'INN" Pronounced "alien" with an emphasis on the Inn portion of it. This place is located in Rachel, NV...just outside of Area 51, of course.

In an upstate New York city, you can find the Amigone Funeral Home run by the Amigone family.

Near the Wildfleckin Army base in Germany, a Japanese family named Togo had a pizza establishment, called (of course) Pizza Togo.
