Titans and the deep threat

As the Tennessee Titans prepare for next month's draft of college football stars, have you seen the team through trade or free agents snare a deep threat?
If you were a top free agent wide receiver or a top college wide receiver awaiting the draft, what would be your thoughts on the Titans? Pro athletes do have egos which emcompass the desire for big numbers that ultimately decide how many of those big bucks they can demand. Three things are necessary for a truly fine passing game. There must be offensive linemen who can protect the quarterback, receivers who can run and catch the football, even in a crowd, and a quarterback who can find receivers and get the ball to them in the brief time they are open. Quarterback Vince Young wasn't the most accurate of throwers last season. He has the athletic ability to improve on his accuracy if it is in there somewhere. How do you rate the Titans' passing potential at this point in time? Comments Showing comments in chronological order [Show most recent comments first] |

I think Vince will get alot better, he is just not experienced enough. Jeff Fisher normally has a good eye for young talent, so I think we should pull some good players. I hope so any way.
We already have good receivers. What we were lacking was an NFL level offensive coordinator. Now that Chow is out of the way and Dinger is back in...we will look much better this year.
HATE THE TITANS...but wouldn't mind seeing them have a decent season and hope that Pacman is long gone!!
