Government watch lists

Do you know or suspect your name is on some of OUR government's lists?
I suspect my name has made a list because of being on Russia State Television's documentary "Death Penalty in America." Part of the documentary, which won a special award at the Moscow Arts and Film Festival, was filmed here. A person there has mailed me a DVD of the documentary and I've never received it. Maybe it was mailed to me, maybe it wasn't mailed. I'd like to see it because what I said was overdubbed in Russian so maybe it made more sense. I suppose I asked for it if my name made a list but if so I still don't care for this idea of Land of the Free and Home of the Watched. I wonder what one would have to actually do to make this list?
I have been in touch with a government Ph.D. horticulturist from China that I met at the Rodale Organic Gardening Institute in Emaus, PA for several years. I don't know if that earns me a spot on the list or not, but it does not bother me one way or the other.
The first foreign mission trip I ever took, there was a gentleman on our team who'd retired from the military just a few years earlier, and since that time -- as a civilian contractor -- he'd been helping to draft a history of Special Forces in Afghanistan.
As luck would have it, he was randomly picked for extra security at the Nashville airport. His wife, children and I were waiting for him on the other side of the checkpoint, and she turned to me.
"I hope they don't look too closely at his passport!" she said. You see, in the process of researching the book he'd traveled to just about every nation in the Middle East.
Fortunately, he made it through security with no problems.
My passport is as thick as the Bible.
Middle East, Carribean, Far East. Notice that NEW passport covers have been delegated to China and will contain a micro-chip. I'm glad to see that No One in the U.S. can accomplish this task.
E-mails are being monitored by the Fed.
Bo, I don't think you need to DO anything to be on The list.
