NASCAR should have responded immediately

NASCAR officials made a big mistake by not responding immediately to Kyke Busch's guitar trophy smashing after he won Saturday's night's Nationwide race at Nashville Speedway.

His action showed a complete disregard for fans, the race sponsor and, maybe worst of all, something lacking in his understanding of self-respect.

How do you race fans feel about a very hefty fine, banishment from Nationwide races for the remainder of the season and not allowing him to compete in any NASCAR events for six weeks?

That may seem extreme, but this talented young driver must realize in a hurry he's not bigger than the sport and, the NASCAR organization before he goes to even greater extremes.

I think at the least he should be banned from The Nashville Speedway. Maybe permanently.

I agree, he should absolutely be banned from Nashville Speedway! I have never been a fan of his to start with, and this just gives me more fuel for my extreme dislike of him!

The only way to get the attention of the pro athletes is to fine them. This should be delt with by Nascar and a hefty fine should be given to him.

Hmmm. Is that really what we are all going to be concerned with? I mean seriously, there are REAL problems we can all be working to correct, rather than relishing on this event.

Yup... I can certainly think of more prevalent battles to wage, rather than the one about a guy who busted a guitar. Seriously.

what's the problem he won it it is his to do what he wants but on the other hand nascar should have legal right to all trophys and no one should be able to have another made

nashville speedway tries to ban him and they pull their races from their schedual to race here the speedway doesnt dictate who races here we just need to be glad they race here

be just like other sports there's always gonna be CRY BABIES
