Smile Or Frown?Posted Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at 3:43 PM
Does it ever cross your mind that you are under video surveillance almost constantly while driving around the streets of Shelbyville and as you enter, shop and leave various places of business?
This isn't the same as a popular tv show from years ago called, "Smile, You're on Candid Camera" but rather security is the primary issue. Do you feel more safe or do you feel this is an invasion of your privacy? I have no objection in this day and age. Years ago I probably would have objected to this practice. How far do you think this should be allowed to go? Are there any restrictions you feel should be imposed? Comments Showing most recent comments first [Show in chronological order instead] |

No problem for me.
I feel more insecure having my cell phone. You can be tracked anywhere you go if it is on.Who knows they may can watch you through it when you are not aware.
It's a good thing because it can be used if needed to prove a crime or solve a mystery...I don't think anyone is sitting there taking time to just watch us....if there is and they are reading this...check me out I'm cute!
I also have no issues with this Bo.
I might if I lived in a "restricted" country where innocent actions are scrutinized more closely, but unless the U.S. government takes a big turn in that direction, SMILE.
