Here's some links to stories that have caught my eye today.

Are Bedford County schools going to do the same thing?

Whenever someone tries to tie this recent heat wave to those hysterical global warming claims, let them see this. Time to invest in one of these, I suppose.

In related news, saving the planet ...one bad hair day at a time.

And if that wasn't bad enough, there's this in the media's ongoing attempts to anthropomorphize the entire planet. Climate change...is there anything it can't do?

I placed a link to this on another discussion this morning, but it needs to be seriously looked at.

I had some crazy teachers/principals in my time, but this... Who screens these employees? And how did this person get to such a position in a school system?

Maine mutant.

Useless bureaucrats. This is exactly the type of thing that turns nornal people against their government.

And you just thought it was a hit from the 1970's...

Goodbye, Dolly...

While they are giving grandma a strip search and pouring out all that dangerous baby formula at the airport, this gets through.

Here's more about those "true stories" out Iraq. You wonder how something like this can get by the editors of a major, respected publication. This probably explains it.

FYI and discussion.
