Not too sure about this...Posted Thursday, August 16, 2007, at 2:49 PM
HONG KONG (AP) -- Bruce Lee's classic 1973 film, "Enter the Dragon," will be remade by Warner Bros. Of course, this has already been the subject of parody before, and will be again once Balls of Fury is released, but a remake of this will be difficult. How can you replace such classic performances by Jim Kelly and John Saxon? And the only martial artist that even comes close to Bruce Lee's skill is Tony Jaa, but his English is terrible and he's Thai, not Chinese. Just how many more remakes are we going to have to endure ...I mean, they've just come out with yet another version of Invasion of the Body Snatchers ... about the 5th or 6th one so far. When will it end? Comments Showing comments in chronological order [Show most recent comments first] |
