It's alive ... barely

Yes, I'm back among the living ... somewhat.
When I get sick, I really get sick.
Not only did I get nailed with a full blown case of bronchitis over the weekend, I was struck at the same time by a horrific stomach bug.
It is not the most enjoyable method of weight loss. I do not recommend it.
Comments from co-workers confirm that I'm not anywhere near 100%.

Hope you get to feeling better soon.
We've not had the flu or any colds, but have had that stomach bug twice. We keep passing it around.....
yeah, my husband and I lost weight on the stomach virus so we've just kept on trying to diet since we got a forced head start.
It's gonna take awhile (it's been almost 2 weeks for me - strep throat and all) but I wish you well.
This too shall pass....
