![]() Meet Wilbur, very possibly BCAC's very first "Pig of the Week". Wilbur (we did not name him, his previous owner did) was picked up for running at large in a neighborhood. His previous owner surrendered him, due to personal reasons. He is approximately two years old and is looking for a place to call home. His adoption fee is $65. Wilbur is in desperate need of a home ASAP. Our adoption process is very easy!! The fee for adopting an animal is $65 that includes a $50 refund after the animal is spayed or neutered. Our facility contains an Adoption Room that will allow you and your family to spend quality time to ensure the right pet for you! All animals must leave with a current Rabies Vaccination. The current cost for this is $13.
Come Visit Us! The shelter is now staffed during the day for viewing of animals and for dropping off animals. Give us a call to schedule a time to come in. 205 Lane Parkway Shelbyville, TN 37160 Phone: 931-685-1130 FAX: 931-685-1227 Email: Michael Gregory Brenda Goodrich Comments Showing comments in chronological order [Show most recent comments first] |

Awww!
He looks so sweet!
If we knew anything at all about raising pigs, I would totally bring him home.
OMG . . . looks like some lab experiment gone wrong!!
He is so cute! I saw him on Petfinder.com the other day and wished I had a place for him. Even my husband thought he was cute!
I hope you find a good home soon, Wilbur!
Cute, but he looks more like an "Arnold" to me...lol.
LoL
He is not hard to keep he eats corn, dog food, and likes apples for a once in awhile treat. The internet has lots of good information. Wilbur likes to have his ears scratched.

UPDATE: Wilbur just left with his new adoptive mother. We are so excited that he found a new home!
