Wilbur's Happy Ending

For those of you that missed Brenda's comment on Wilbur, the pig's, entry: Wilbur has been adopted!! He was adopted yesterday and is now living in his very own forever home. Here's what Michael Gregory, director of Bedford County Animal Control, e-mailed me yesterday:

"I just wanted to update you on Wilbur. He left the shelter this morning after being adopted by a Franklin resident. His adopter had previously had a pet pig and had the perfect setup for him. She is so happy to have him as an addition to her other animals."

That is so great!

That's the glorious thing about the petfinder.com website, someone from Franklin can view the animals that we have here in Shelbyville!
