Cheryl,
Thanks for the update. Happy news is not as easy to find lately.
Is the person responsible for this going to get their due? Will they be forced to sell their property to pay for what they have done or will they be slapped on the hands by our court system and let go in a year or two to start again.
Will we be told how they had a hard childhood and never learned how to appreciate and care for animals? Will WE then pay for them to sit in an air conditioned cell while they watch TV and get wholesome meals.
I would not want to go to prison for one day, but we have taken much of the punishment out of the process. Maybe this person should live in the same conditions they forced these furry friends to live in.
How would I go about to try and adopt from the puppy mill rescue?
I am in full support of this. I can't tell you how many times my son has brought home a stray dog and I had to take it to the pound to kill it and tell him it ran away.
So thank you for posting this link!!
