Why stop with teens?
Folks who want to parent their own biological offspring can have their genetic material stored before surgery (as can be done for critters).
People with genetic ailments could refrain from using the stored sperm or ova and people who use sex solely for recreation could limit their worries to STD's,legal hassles and the sort of emotional turmoil that fuels soap operas and tabloid t.v.
No unwanted babies, less roaming and fewer fights plus fewer cancers...
That might appeal to any species!
man that is awesome! we need toget the word out spay and neuter is the way to go..
Does it include Promiscuious teens??
Website isn't completed yet for the spay neuter clinic. Will be available after the weekend.
