Paisyn enjoyed her Thanksgiving meal with family at Learning Way on Monday. Too cute!
I want to keep this week's blog short and sweet and full of as much Thanksgiving as possible. I'm just going to include some short bits of news and gladness.
Isn't this little girl in photo adorable with the turkey leg? It was taken during a parent lunch at Learning Way on Monday. Her name is Paisyn; her smile just warmed my heart.
I began thinking this morning about how many children were probably around the table on that first Thanksgiving. The sacrifices made in history are worth or respect and should be celebrated.
As a Christian, I will also give thanks around the bountiful table of blessings with my little family, which includes three precious grandchildren. The Psalms are wonderful to be read this time of the year. One of my favorites of course is “Psalm 100.”
We published our Thursday paper today, Wednesday, so our staff might enjoy Thanksgiving with our families tomorrow.
So don't forget to get your T-G copy as it's packed with lots of good Black Friday advertising, news, local features and some smiling faces revealing what they're thankful for this year. You must read those letters inside today's issue about how to cook a turkey . . . kid style.
So enter into your homes with Thanksgiving. Love one another.
This Thanksgiving feel blessed you live in America.
Happy turkey day. Be safe and many blessings.
