Note: The nature of the Internet makes it impractical for our staff to review every comment. Please note that those who post comments on this website may do so using a screen name, which may or may not reflect a website user's actual name. Readers should be careful not to assign comments to real people who may have names similar to screen names. Refrain from obscenity in your comments, and to keep discussions civil, don't say anything in a way your grandmother would be ashamed to read.
  • Thanks for everyone's hard work. I'm looking forward to receiving our very first Celebration Souvenir Edition of the Times-Gazette.

  • Yep,I was a carrier there when David Brannon (sic?) was Circulation Manager and I well remember insert days and hated them! It seems no matter how careful one is to not get ink anywhere except the hands it always seemd to find it's way to my face, arms, legs (if wearing shorts) or clothes.

I really don't miss those days, especially delivering papers on motorcycle in rain or snow.
