Coming attractionsPosted Friday, August 1, 2008, at 8:08 AM
Sometime soon -- it may be as soon as today, or it may be later -- you'll see some changes to the main page of the T-G web site. Most of the changes will involve re-arranging the existing content; we aren't re-inventing the wheel. But I think the new layout (which was done by our webmasters in Missouri) is more attractive and user-friendly. Also, look for a feature which will show you the most commented-on stories.
UPDATE: We went live with the new design about 3:30 or so on Friday. Hope you like it! Comments Showing most recent comments first [Show in chronological order instead] |

I can say that I like it. The biggest thing I like is that the flash component is not involved any more. I usually middle click stories to open them in a new tab in Firefox, but flash doesn't allow that kind of behavior. It's always been a pet peeve....
