Is anyone out there using MagicJack for their home phone service? How do you like it? Have you had any problems with installation, billing or customer service? E-mail me, jcarney@t-g.com .

My mother got one a few months ago seems to work pretty well. Think maybe she had an issue with billing but not sure if it was resolved.

Magicjack works quite well even if it needs 'tuning' when installed.

I have used 6 different phones with mine and all worked well.

Just signed up for my second year for $19.95 which provides 24/7 North American wide long distance.

Customer service is horrid until you get to Level 2, doing so is done by asking for Rodney in Level 2.
