Saddle Restaurant

I was born and raised in Shelbyville and I remember eating at the Saddle Restaurant. I have remade their salad dressing and most of my friends from Shelbyville seem to think that I have it down pat. I am looking for more of their recipes such as how they cooked their chicken dish. I have search for several years and have asked all my relatives and classmates from Shelbyville and they have not been able to help. Any ideas?????????
