Former resident now comatosePosted Friday, December 23, 2011, at 10:39 AM
Suanne Polasky is a former Shelbyville resident who worked in special education with the local school system. The Times-Gazette published a story in October 2010 about the publication of her children's book "Trapped!"
Polasky and her husband Dave have since moved to Rochester, N.Y., and we got word today that she has been in a coma for two weeks after being found lying in a restaurant parking lot. We'll pass along more information if it becomes available. Comments Showing comments in chronological order [Show most recent comments first] |

John, I am not sure your link for the October story goes where you want it to go.
Our prayers are with Suanne and her family.
Strange news story that someone might have hit her that hard with a car and not known it. Nor that anyone saw or heard anything?
Fixed. Thanks!
Spoke with David today. They are moving Suanne to a long-term care facility. She is still in a coma.
