Big Day !

Sunday will be a big day at the Bell house for my wife and me are proud to announce that our daughters, Tamara and Courtney will be getting Baptized at Fellowship for Christ Church.

To some this means nothing, but to my family it is the second most important thing next accepting Jesus as our Lord and Saviour!

The girls know that it is a symbolic act and a profession of their faith in Jesus.

Them making the announcement at church last week got me to thinking about my baptism and life since then.

The question I got to asking was"are we paid for, or are we still on the installment plan?

More after the big event Sunday.

Gone Fishing

I spent the day with my daughters at Fellowship for Christ Church today which was the 2nd of a two day affair of V.B.S, it was a blast. To see children do crafts and be told the Word of God and to teach them to be "fishers of men" as we were commanded to be by Jesus himself shows me there is a glimmer of hope in the youth of today...

Road Trip.

Tomorrow the church will be taking the youth to Kentucky Kingdom for their annual summer trip. It is a well earned trip as we washed cars and sold bake goods to pay for the expense. I have never seen a youth so fired up for Jesus and am proud that my girls are going to follow in the same path as the older youth...

Car Wash

There will be a car wash at Autozone next Saturday to support the youth group, there will also be baked goods. It is for a good cause so bring your dirty cars and trucks and your sweet tooths and be blessed and be a blessing.
