It seems as if my last blog caused quiet a stir ,whether that was the intention or not I don't know To clarify ,yes I know about all 613 laws in the Old Testament and no I do not keep all of them ,I do play football I do eat pork and shrimp do cut my hair [what I have left]among other things the law was given for was for the Jews ,but since we were grafted in we are part of them now .It just seems to me that the Christians right O being taken away in some places is bound too spread.Agirl in Colorado was giving her class speech and she thanked Jesus Christ for her success and the ACLU was called in to file lawsuits and stated that kids could not profess that because it offended other religions.Jesus Christ said"IAM THE DOOR AND IF ANYONE COMES ANY OTHER WAY EXCEPT BY ME HE IS A THIEF""I AM THE WAY THE TRUTH"I could go on ,but I won't will all face judgment someday ,my plea will be I PLEAD THE WATER AND THE SPIRIT .For his baptism took away my sins and his death paid for them.I just want my kids to grow up in a moral society know several gay people and they are nice people and they know my convictions,and I am not afraid to try to tell and show them by scripture about it . It is also in the NEW TESTAMENT which is what we as Christians are to go by that it is wrong.Pastors who are afraid of stepping on someones toes or offending someone because they might leave are not truly teaching the word of God .The word is like a two -edged sword it will either cut you in two or lift you up.Maybe all of our sins and I mean everybody will be washed "white as snow"I don't know but until then I must and will stand on my moral principle's Blessed and be a Blessing!

I can't stand when someone feels like 'Christians' rights are being slowly taken away, when other 'minority' groups have ABSOLUTELY NONE!
To put this to rest on my behalf ,yes several Christians do pick and choose what old testament verses to use in their church and that is wrong .Jesus fulfilled all the prophecies and all rightesenous by being baptized and crucified and rising again.We are all sinners ,their is not one good person in the world no not one,it is only through admission of sin which we all have ,but some are to proud to admit ,Ihave humbled myself and told God that I was not worthy and that I needed his mercey.I will go on sinning according to the 613 laws of the old testament ,but my sins were forgiven and I will be in heaven someday and my God in heaven will say "this is my son who I am well pleased "What will he say about you?The law was given to show how inferior we are to God's perfection,My kids are not taught to hate anybody ,they don't call anybody any bad names or anything ,but they are raised in a Christian lifestyle and out taught the same two commandments that Jesus taught .LOVE THY GOD WITH ALL THY HEART AND LOVE THY NEIGHBOR.I believe abortion with the exception of death to the mother is cold blooded murder ,but I am not the judge of that.Ihave not judged anybody and said that they should go to church and confess and save their soul ,God will pass all the judgements ,Ijust know how my family will be raised.The Jewish people have been blinded for a reason ,the bible says that a prophet is not accepted by his own .The bible has been translated several times ,that is why I rely on the power of the HOLY SPIRIT to lead and guide me and explain to me .It is kind of like having somebody on the inside .Be Blessed!

God did marry ADAM and Eve,just not by our typical ceremony.Lets just end this right here we are getting nowhere.Ablog I thought was for our personal opinions some might like it some might not.Jesus did not condemn anybody [because they were already condemned]he come into the world to save it .It takes faith to live this life and believe in a hereafter that we can't see and faith is all I have.All future blogs will not be on this subject Istated my opinion and that is it.Iwill post messages from the Bible every now and then praying that it might reach somebody out there who is lost.

And by what means did they get married?
YOU SAID THAT JESUS FULFILLED THESE PROPHECIES. WHICH ONES?
What is the Messiah supposed to accomplish? The Bible says that he will:
A. Build the Third Temple (Ezekiel 37:26-28).
B. Gather all Jews back to the Land of Israel (Isaiah 43:5-6).
C. Usher in an era of world peace, and end all hatred, oppression, suffering and disease. As it says: "Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall man learn war anymore." (Isaiah 2:4)
D. Spread universal knowledge of the God of Israel, which will unite humanity as one. As it says: "God will be King over all the world -- on that day, God will be One and His Name will be One" (Zechariah 14:9).
The historical fact is that Jesus fulfilled none of these messianic prophecies.
NOPE NONE OF THESE..LET'S CONTINUE...
Jesus was not a prophet. Prophecy can only exist in Israel when the land is inhabited by a majority of world Jewry. During the time of Ezra (circa 300 BCE), when the majority of Jews refused to move from Babylon to Israel, prophecy ended upon the death of the last prophets -- Haggai, Zechariah and Malachi.
Jesus appeared on the scene approximately 350 years after prophecy had ended.
B. DESCENDENT OF DAVID
The Messiah must be descended on his father's side from King David (see Genesis 49:10 and Isaiah 11:1). According to the Christian claim that Jesus was the product of a virgin birth, he had no father -- and thus could not have possibly fulfilled the messianic requirement of being descended on his father's side from King David!
WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY ISN'T...
C. TORAH OBSERVANCE
The Messiah will lead the Jewish people to full Torah observance. The Torah states that all mitzvot remain binding forever, and anyone coming to change the Torah is immediately identified as a false prophet. (Deut. 13:1-4)
Throughout the New Testament, Jesus contradicts the Torah and states that its commandments are no longer applicable. (see John 1:45 and 9:16, Acts 3:22 and 7:37)
OOPS...Jesus contradicts the Torah which says in your beloved bible that means he is a false prolhet....see the scripture above..
CHRISTIANITY CONTRADICTS JEWISH THEOLOGY
The following theological points apply primarily to the Roman Catholic Church, the largest Christian denomination, and the one most familiar to the Western world.
A. GOD AS THREE?
The Catholic idea of Trinity breaks God into three separate beings: The Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost (Matthew 28:19).

ONCE AGAIN..THE JEWISH ARE HIS MOST LOVED AND CHOSEN CHILDREN AND MOST WOULD GIVE UP THEIR LIVES BEFORE ADMITTING THAT "GOD IS THREE"
How can we hasten the coming of the Messiah? The best way is to love all humanity generously, to keep the mitzvot of the Torah (as best we can), and to encourage others to do so as well.
WHICH MEANS THE MESSIAH IS YET TO COME...OPEN YOUR EYES AND QUIT WALKING BLINDLY.
These scriptures simply say, do not believe everything you read...sometimes you have to THINK!

The Bible is a complex book, containing various types of literature written over an extended period of time, and to pull individual lines out of context just for the purpose of saying that verse A seems to contradict verse B is a little childish.
The point is that Christians believe the Bible, as a whole, to be God's divinely inspired way of speaking to us. Some Christians disagree among ourselves about exactly how to read or interpret certain passages. There might be a verse in the Pentateuch that pretty clearly applies only to the ancient Israelites; there might be a verse in the Gospels that pretty clearly applies to all people in all times. When the Bible states that character A acted in such-and-such a manner, the Bible may be endorsing that behavior or just reporting it, depending on the context.
There are verses that Christians can, in good faith, disagree upon. A telephone book, a scholarly biography of Winston Churchill, and a book of intensely personal poetry may all claim to be "true," but they are intended to be read and used in different ways. Those differences in interpretation and application are why there are so many different denominations. I am not a universalist, and I believe that there are right and wrong answers to all of life's meaningful questions, but I also am not so smug as to believe I have 100 percent of the right answers in my back pocket. So I try to treat other viewpoints with respect. That doesn't mean I can't hold my own viewpoint, or argue passionately on behalf of it.
This has been an age old problem with arguing the Bible Everyone reads it differently.. Ministers pull scriptures from the Bible to prove their own views..a lot of times these scriptures are taken out of context and if you read the entire chapter it means something totally different.

Well I pulled individual lines out just to point out the massive contradiction, i'd be here all day long pointing out each individual contradiction (atleast 388 scriptual contradictions total)... Let me remind you, if this wasn't translated more times than we can count, and if it weren't written by PEOPLE then there would be no contradictions.
We wrote paragraphs asking questions upon questions my friend...and not a single one was answered. All we're saying is, nobody is wanting special rights, nobody is asking to have other's rights taken away. We simply ask for this 'land of the free' to actually live up to that name, and give EVERYONE EQUAL RIGHTS.
The whole Bible thing is always going to come into context, when someone doesn't have any other formidable mechanism of defense. To accuse people of being childish, is an a sense contradictory to allowing blogs on this site!
If you don't want educated, factual responses, then take the blog feature away. People have been silenced long enough, one more website doing that wouldn't hurt anymore.
good grief...that was a long drawn out discussion. THANK GOD for FREEDOM of SPEECH!! I commend you Micheal Bell for posting this blog. As far as my house.. we will serve the Lord. I would never think that I am big enough or smart enough to read the bible with the soul purpose to try to come up with all these different contridictions....it is exhausting.....it comes down to FAITH...God is much bigger than any of us and who are we to question?
