Salute of the Week

I am going to try to pick people that I know personally and who are very proud to call my friends and hopefully you will get to know them to.

This is Elder Shannon Amos and his wife Stephanie from Lighthouse church.

They are a extraordinary couple they do their utmost best to make sure that the youth of today don't become that one generation away from not knowing about the love of Jesus Christ.

They give all their time and effort to witnessing to the youth by holding events like the Jesus Jamboree and taking the youth on what we call The Gospel Journey which takes the youth through town to make a difference in somebodies life.

They never ignore anybody they are always there with a hug and a kind word.

And knowing the place where they came from to where they are now there is no doubt that the love of Jesus Christ can transform anybody , it did me.

If you see these two in town and you feel led by the Holy Spirit give them a pat on the back and a Christian hug and tell them thank you for what they do.

They are truly called of God to do what they do and I am very proud to call them my friends and most of all my brother and sister in Christ.
