What Did The Fig Tree Ever Do?

21:19 And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away. 21:20 And when the disciples saw [it], they marveled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away! 21:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this [which is done] to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. 21:22 And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

Does it not seem out of the ordinary that the Saviour of mankind would walk by a fig tree and curse it so that it would die instantly. I have heard several teachings on this , but I got a revelation from the Lord and wanted to share it with you.

3:7 And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they [were] naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

Genesis 3:7 KJV

Not only does the term "naked" means unclothed , but also uncovered from the "Holy Spirit". Not till both Adam and Eve partake of the fruit did they know that they were naked. People have always put the blame on Eve, it was Adam's job to keep the garden and Eve protected , he failed. Eve got deceived into sin Adam Chose sin enough on that.

The fig tree represents mans ways of covering things up , it had not worked from Adam until Christ so Christ cursed mans ways.

After they were cast from the garden and had Cain and Abel do you not think that the boys were full of questions on the garden and the cherubim and the sword and how life was so hard compared to the beautiful garden.

Abel seen the skins that they were wearing and caught on , Cain did not, you know the rest.

The Fig tree is fixing to bloom for the fig tree is Israel.

24:32 Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer [is] nigh: 24:33 So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, [even] at the doors. 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Her fruit is blooming all the children of Zion are coming home , we are ready to witness the second greatest event in human history. First was the resurrection next is the second coming.

It is time for man to give up his ways and rely on the salvation that God Gave in Jesus Christ.

All the fig leaves will rot away and we would of had to keep covering ourselves and still would of been naked[uncovered]But the blood covered me and I hope you to.

24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

We are almost to all nations , while the war is going on that 20-10 window is slowly being fed the word of Jesus Christ. I heard a estimated 25,000 Muslims have converted to Christianity , PRAISE GOD!

I wondered about that fig tree myself.

Then I heard that the tree was already dead but had leaves and fruit that hadn't fallen off.

Lest desparate people head toward that tree,only to be denied nourishment,Jesus made sure the image matched the reality.

People would be able to see at a glance that the leaves were dry and brittle and unable to process the light.

People would know that there was no life flowing in its limbs and,as it wasn't grounded by deep roots drinking in living water,the next storm could pluck it from the earth as easily as a stick poked into the sand.

The rotten fruit lying in the dust would not fool them into thinking the time of harvest was at hand.

The time is coming when the orchards we thought were barren will be lush with leaves and all the branches so laden that they shall touch the earth to bring all their fruit within easy reach.

The trees that weren't productive would already be kindling.

We won't have to guess who has the juice and who doesn't.

Our fig leaves crumble when taken from the tree.

As long as they are attached and still being fed,they can still give shelter.

Someday soon,we'll stop relying on dead leaves and dead trees.

We'll look to the Tree of Life - and we won't have to be Newtons to figure out that that's the smart thing to do.
