Very good observations. I am glad the resurrected Christ taught the likes of the apostle Paul who cared for the early Christians. His letters to them were remarkable. I have read Galatians and Romans at least a 1000 times each and still love to read them more each time.

I find it so amazing that even the latest discovered manuscipts that have been discovered translate perfectly with our recorded manuscripts today in the Bible. It is even more astonishing that these latest discovered letters were written when Christians were still being persecuted for what was in their letters and would not recount their testimony under flame or sword.

You have still spoken of two Christs in the above passages. They are not the same, both were in different parts of the known world at the same time. You speak of simplicity yet you haved marred it with verses that to not have the basis of which Christ you profess is Jesus. Some are correct, some are not.

Still, you seem to be avoiding the issue you claimed I was incorrect about, please answer the question.

I am not perfect by any means ,but because I accepted Christ as my Saviour his precious blood covers me and I will appear perfect before God.

If you have accepted Christ then fine.

When the Bible talks of the word the word is the first 5 books of the Bible and the first 5 books talks of Jesus from Melchesadec to the tabernacle to everything else in those books.

I've found your words to be among the oases of reason on more than one occasion.

Aside from the issue of 2 Christs,we have His extended family and quite a few adopted children who have gone into the family business.

Any one of these can do more than Jesus Himself did (according to Him).

If we do any part of exhibiting the love and wisdom He did,we will soothe many of this tired world's ills and bring many to the love of the Father.

If you believe in the Christ in my Bible which was written by men guided and protected by this same Christ you are of this Christ in this Bible.

If you do not believe in this Christ that is in this Bible and that he guided and protects this Bible then you are anti this Christ which John spoke of in this Bible.

If you are not for this Christ in the Bible you are against this Christ in the Bible and yes you therefore meet all the requirements of the antichrist that even John knew were present in his time.

My questions always get answered. The Holy spirit is a good teacher. Most times this teacher gives the answer before I have the question. Life has been easier since he came aboard.

This puzzle you talk about is good. Without the light the puzzle will always appear to be missing pieces. Satans' ultimate goal is to put doubt in your mind and furnish you with all the needed justifications and rationalzations you will need. When you claim there are hundreds of pieces missing and hundreds of pieces there that don't belong you are telling me that your power to determine that is greater than the power of the Christ himself. I believe if he could indeed come out of the tomb he could even more easily guide, inspire and protect his word as he does me. Once you believe that he died and did rise you will have no trouble believing any of his protected word.

A lot of these lost and/or removed scriptures that everyone wants to claim as part of this puzzle you talk about are readily available today. Using your scenerio I would like to add to it by saying that you can also view these alledged lost pieces in a different way. After reading them I viewed them as pieces of another puzzle that Satan tried slipping into the box. Discerning minds led by the Holy Spirit seen these pieces were cut from a different saw and seperated them from the Bible we have today. As I said earlier I have read most all of the ones I know of I and can see the same thing. They were cut on a different machine and would not fit on the puzzle of Christ.

I do not put my faith in men or the book. I put it in the author and finisher. I put it in his faith he displayed in the work of the cross and in the faith of the men who saw the risen Christ and their work. They stated their name and stood for what they believed in. They made no bones about their story after they saw the resurrected Christ. Peter and Paul in particular became two entirely different men when they saw something.

I appreciate you answering my question on where you learned of God and Jesus. The Evil One has a hard time answering that one and for a reason.

You are entitled to have as many as you want and I have no problem with your choices. They are yours. You can be antichist to the Christ I know and be prochrist to another you know and could very well have the right Christ while I the wrong. I choose though to believe in one that showed me what he can do by coming out of the tomb and influencing the lives of the ones that saw him on both sides of the cross and give them an unrecountable story.

It is admirable for people to offer themselves as a means for others to learn things they,themselves,had to learn the hard way.

Yes,we should warn of delusion,complacency and other harbingers of spiritual stagnation.

But,the spirit of the anti-christ is subtle despite its lack of wisdom.

It will enjoy the success it derives from prompting us to tear each other apart over what we know as thoroughly as it would delight in keeping us ignorant altogether.

While we are arguing,we aren't doing.

While we are treating one another as the enemy,we are throwing away our allies and alienating those who might have sought to join our ranks.

In at least this instance,he copies God by having our words be unintelligible to the one next to us.

Because we can't/won't find validity in the others' speech,we move away from one another and forget our common goals.

This time,we need to get past the words and keep building until we are as close to Heaven as we can get.

We need not compromise our beliefs or keep silent as we see folks put themselves and others in danger.

We do need to trust the God that touches our hearts to deal with the other fellow's.

We need to know that as high as we might build our towers,we won't reach Him until He leans down to embrace us.

We need to tell God,Legion and its master and one another that we will not disperse that we might be picked off one by one.

We will not hurtle into the abyss.

We will take the guidance of our Shepherd and stay together.

(Even if it takes having someone very like a wolf nipping at our heels to keep us from going astray.)

How do we know who is the predator and who belongs with the flock?

Look to see if he is drawing those he snaps at closer to the Shepherd or further away.

Our foe has nothing of his own to use against us.

He must apply God's tools if he would defeat us.

He will distort the Bible and try to obscure its Truth.

He will set the members of a family against one another.

We can thwart him by recognizing that if he works that hard to accomplish certain things,we should work for the opposite.

God is not in spiteful disrespect of other believers.

If our enemy wants us to dismiss and denigrate one another,isn't that an excellent clue that we should pay more attention to how we are alike than how we differ?

Instead of serving the agenda of a lower impotence,let's rally under the banner of the Higher Power that loves us all.

Our Father doesn't expect us to like one another all the time but He knows His legacy will not thrive should we forget our family bond so thoroughly that we would rise against our kin to destroy them,enslave them or deny them their birthright.

If we are really,truly wanting one another to learn the truth and act on it (whether it meets our current preferences or not),can we not agree with one another that this might be achieved?

"For wherever two or more are gathered together in my name, there I am in the midst of them" (Matt. 18:20).

I just want to throw something out for thought. I noticed several times in the Bible that there were two or more gathered together and he was literally in the midst of them. Some of these gatherings also had an antichrist among them. The one thing I always noticed was his attempt to cast them out. He always helped the sinner but cast the antichrist out. I think the enemy's intellect is overrated because if *I* have enough sense to ally myself with God with my sinful nature,what excuse does a person have when he had daily,unimpeded association with the Lord and threw it away?

Like Eve,it's a lot easier for us to assume that we aren't getting the full picture than to think someone is being evil on purpose.

I think a spiritual predator would rather attack the weak when they have no defenders about than to make an assault when a dozen beaks,claws and wings would be encouraging him to remove poultry from his diet.

I would prefer to let a fox into my henhouse than shut one foolish bird out.

After all,the fox is taking the greater risk.

Should he be over-exposed to truth and grace,he might abandon his villainous ways,have his new and better Master provide regular meals that don't have parasites and get to sleep indoors snuggling among living featherbeds.

But God has to tame the beasts before he lets them into his household.

They have to recognize Him as their Alpha.

Otherwise,they will feed upon His own.

What we need to remember is that the enemy doesn't wait for an invitation to come onto our turf.

If I seem tolerant of the "antis",it is,in part,because I've met people who truly aspired to be the Antichrist yet their Creator had very different plans for their lives.

These weren't just the smug,the deluded or self-proclaimed experts.

They weren't just the bitter or the ignorant.

These were people who lived for everything I despise.

Somehow,God gave me the ability to like the person even though I hated all they stood for.

(I suspect God had it figured out that some were "all hat and no cattle.")

In many,many cases,I saw them drug to the throne of God by their own intellectual honesty.

They wanted to ridicule a God who was a "Sky-Bully" and a Messiah who was one more toga-clad charlatan.

They had never wanted to answer an altar call or walk the Roman Road except as a joke on deluded believers.

Truly,I believe there was great rejoicing in Heaven over those souls joining the ranks of the saved.

I am still wary of the works-in-progress that haven't progressed very far in the right direction but I have less and less doubt about God being able to reclaim His own for Himself.

I think He's decided the enemy wouldn't work so hard to latch onto a soul if he didn't think that spirit would be a tremendous asset to God if he were recruited by the winning team.

I don't let myself assume people belong to the adversary.

I see them as the children of God they were created to be.

I don't have the power to say this person will give themselves to God and this one won't.

The only judgement I can make is how they seem to act.
