America Needs To Stand By Israel

Caught this news story and wanted to share it.
It has been said that Tony Blair is a good friend of Israel and can bring peace.
I got information yesterday that he is a prime candidate to be the full time leader of the European Union [which by the way the treaty was signed in in Rome" the rebirth of the Roman Empire"] This is supposed to be the last empire before the Second Coming.
There is a lot of signs starting to point to the return of Christ and I can't wait.
I am not condemning others I am condemning the acts.

I think people take Revelations way to literally. Jesus will come back when he is ready and none of us will know when and there will be no magical signs suggesting otherwise.
I do not think we will know the day, but should recognize the season.
Jaxspike is correct in that He will return when He is ready but there are signs. Not magical but foretold.

Yes, I think the season is here just as the trees are blooming out here in the median I know spring is in the air.
I am glad that I now know I look forward to that day and will run to him in joy instead of fearing that day and looking for a rock to hide under. That was the most pleasant day I had in my life when I realized that joy and lost that fear.
Good for you parkerbrothers. I too have that peace. Lets spread it all we can and pray that more and more come to know that same joy and peace.

I do think that unique-lies is right about something he said on another blog. Matter of fact I know he is. The Father has to call you. We can all try to bring someone but the Father has to call them first.
The things that are like music to my ears today were once nothing but a lot of chitter-chatter.
The light I see today was offered to me for years but I thought I saw well enough in the dark without someone handing me a flashlight.
It was not until the Father called and offered it was I willing to look at the light and see I needed it.
I think sometimes we stay in the dark so long our eyes adjust out until we do not realize just how dark it is.
Then the Father exposes the light and we see just how dark of a room we were in.

I realize it is April Fools day but the Book of Revelation is no Joke! The Book of Revelation was written for the last generation. It is the last generation that will understand the Book of Revelation.
It can be taken Literally just like the rest of the Bible. I do not understand all of it but it explains what happens when Christ returns, who will be in the Rapture, who will be in the first Resurrection and why and who will be in the second Resurrection and why. It explains what we do when we are Resurrected and what happens after we are resurrected "Life after Death" and much, much more!
All hell is going to break loose when Christ returns. It is not going to be "Peace on Earth" like the churches have taught you. That comes after the second death.
I can not speak for other religions about how they believe, but it won't hurt if all religions read how our Christian Bible tells us our Lives here on earth will end.
But first, we have to get thru the last days and the Trials and Tribulations brought on by the Anti-christs, the False Prophet and the Beast!
Do the other religions speak of a false prophet and Beast who will kill all Christian Believers who won't worship them?
We can not buy or sell without the "mark of the beast" and if we accept the "mark of the beast" we will be among the first to be killed by Jesus when He returns.
Yes when Jesus returns...He is going to Cast the Beast and False Prophet in the Lake of Fire, Chain Satan for 1,000 years and cast the people who accepted the "mark of the Beast" into the Lake of Fire. He will defeat the Kings of the earth (Armies of the Governments and the U.S. is included) and destroy the City of Babylon (New York City unless You can convince me otherwise).
Our Government will send our children/parents/relatives to fight against these world invaders,"Jesus Christ" and the "144,000 who were Raptured up", along side the other UN Troops and European Union
because of the 666 Treaty Pres Bush signed stating anyone who doesn't join with the UN Forces is an enemy to the UN Forces.
Our Government is sending them to fight against Jesus and the (Raptured) people who have been given eternal, immortal lives and can never be killed. How Anti-christ is that?
The sad part is that our Christian Bible tells us that it will be Like the days of Noah. Everyone on eath will be destroyed except for just a handfull of people. In Noahs day only 8 people were left on earth. Jesus and the Jews who were Raptured up, kill everyone except the handfull of people who will remain alive on this earth when He Resurrects the first group. These people will be Kings and Priests to God and Jesus Christ and will reign with Christ for a thousand years. (Those who are Caught up in the clouds go wheresoever Christ Goes forever)

I am trying to understand your scenario. Do you agree that these things you listed are for those left on earth after Jesus comes? When the trumpet sounds, the dead in Christ will rise and join the Christians still alive and meet Jesus in heaven. Those with a personal relationship with Jesus will not experience God's wrath on earth after the trumpet. We will reign with him in Heaven forever and ever.
I Thes. 4:16 & 17 (NIV) For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. 17After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.
Wow Unique-Lies! Preach on. You need to change your name to Unique-Truth. There are so many things that have pointed to his return going on right now. We don't know the time, but we can be excited because we know it is soon! God gives us something to look forward to if we have accepted his son Jesus as our personal savior. Did it say in the bible you will not be able to tell the seasons? I remember something like that. And isn't the anti-christ going to be a jew or from somewhere like the middle-east? We'll have to study about it. Thanks for getting me excited. I love thinking about His coming!

You should share this with all who will listen. (Your story I mean) I love the NIV version of the Bible. Its so much easier for me to study by and understand.

I don't believe as a christian we are going to see all of his wrath. We are living in a difficult world if you allow yourself to get involved in all that. We will see the signs, but like you said He is going to call us home before it hits hard. Safe in the arms of Jesus. They sang that at my mother's funeral. She was only 56. I knew when I heard that song that was where she was. Same goes for us when He calls us up!

I just can't imagine Jesus tarrying very much longer, can you? I know Sodom and Gamorah was horrible but mother's are killing their babies. As a parent, I just can't fathom that. I know there are so many evil things in this world but killing our children is so past evil, I don't understand God allowing it. I trust Him completely but can't wait to ask so many questions.

Those who are caught up in the air are the 144,000 who return with Christ. These are Jews from the 12 tribes and are all men who have not been defiled by women. (Rev 7:1-8 and Rev 14:1-4)
All born again Christian will have to go thru the Trials and Tribulations. Many Christians have been persecuted and even beheaded for the testimony of Christ and their believe in our GOD Jehovah. We must all prove our obedience to God in front of the Beast and False Prophet at the risk of being killed by the Beast or his assassins. Not very pretty, but the Bible says Christ will return to save His choosen few, so that is all the hope and faith we get to hang on to.
If you remain faithful to God...you will be Kings and Priests to God and Jesus and be allowed to go into the "New Heaven" and the "new earth". But first you would reign with Christ for 1,000 years right here on THIS earth. This is the time you will help prepare the earth for the second Resurrection where you will be a king or Priest over the people. You will not take part in the second death.
After the 1,000 years the rest of the dead are Resurrected, right here on THIS earth, to "GO THRU TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS" because satan is released for a short while to deceive the nations again. Then comes the Last Battle where the evil comes against Israel (people who worship God) and God destroys the evil who joined satan's forces with fire.
It is then that hell gives up it's dead and they are judged. (This is the second death) Then the last trumpet is blown and Christ reveals His Plan for all to hear and live by.
I fear the return of Christ because I'm a Born-again Christian sinner and fall short of the glory of God.
I can't wait to read the new bible that will be given to us on this same Earth to guide us thru our Trials and Tribulations after we are Resurrected.

This is totally off the second coming of Christ but I have a question about events at the cross.
In recent studying, I have come to realize that Joseph was dead by the time Jesus was crucified. I cannot find anything about Joseph's death or at what point in Jesus' life he died. Can you help me with this?
ok, now I am confused. I'm going to start reading Revelations tonight. What I've studied before is that the dead in christ shall rise first. The christians that have past already. Then those that are still living in Christ will be called up. It says in the bible, one will be left in the field. When the christians are gone there will be chaos. People will be trying to explain it away. Why would God allow us to be saved through Jesus and not be saved through God's wrath? I'm gonna study up on this and get my own opinion. Gotta go, be back on later.
The Bible does not say , but according to Jewish oral tradition, contraty to the movies Joseph was much older than Mary when they married and he died before the ministry of Jesus started how I haven't found out yet.
It may have just been old age.

Why did you think you would be crucified for that blog. It was great. No Christian is going to condemn you for discussing Revelation.
Although you will probably find different views on the rapture as being pre, mid or post tribulation I think it is good you presented your post.
You will also find some who do not even believe in a rapture at all. I was taught that in a church but could never come to accept there was not a rapture. I could never get a reasonable explanation for a non belief in the rapture other than "the word rapture is not in the scripture". The actual word rapture may not have been chosen to be used in the KJV but the Bible diffinently described a literal event that I knew meant the rapture.
Anyway I agree with you also that the Bible has to be taken literally including Revelation. The same church taught differently in that you could only take the first 3 chapters literally and then had to disreguard or understand that the next 18 chapters were at best just figurative and then could start back literally again after chapter 21. I may have the chapter numbers off but the point remains the same.
I believe in a pretribulation rapture of all saved by grace through faith believers. That is the reason I do not fear the coming of Christ but instead look forward to it and see it coming soon. Why did you say you fear the return of Christ or perhaps I should ask why I should fear his return? I am not asking in a spirit of provoking but honestly in desire of gaining further understanding.
I will be the first to admit I have not spent the time I should studying Revelation. I have read it several times but not like the rest of the Bible and especially no where near the times I have Romans and Galatians.
I love your comment " You must ask the Holy Spirit which lives inside of you to help you find the answers by reading His word". That is as true of a statement as anyone will ever hear. I sincerely believe you have to ask for that guidance in order to see the light. If I find myself unable to pray for anything else I can always ask for that. It is the crown jewel.

Funny, but when Christ died there was an eclipse of the sun, an earth quake, God spoke out loud for all to hear, the curtain of the holy or holies split, Judus hanged himself, many dead people rose out of their graves, the world had proof that Jesus was the Son of God. Three days later Jesus was raised from the dead and walked the earth. He was seen by many people and even some dead saints were seen walking the earth at this time, yet no one, I mean NO ONE, thought to circle the calendar so we would know when Jesus died.
There is no record as to when Christ died and the scientists can't figure it out. They know exactly what happened 10 million years ago, (that is 9,993,862 years before God created Adam and Eve), but can't tell us the day nor even the year that Jesus Christ died. The earth was created approximately 6,138 years ago according to our scientists and biblical chronology.
Since there was an earth quake and an eclipse of the sun on the day Christ died approximately 2,008 years ago, I would think scientists could figure that out. They know that a meteorite crashed into the earth 10 million years ago and killed all the dinosaurs and life on this planet but don't know what happened 2,000 years ago. Yeah, right!

I used to think maybe the Rapture took place when the Jews were in the Gas Chambers. That would have been a blessing to them. However, some are dead and they will rise first then those who remain here on earth at that present time will instantly change into heavenly bodies and meet Christ in the air.
This rapture could take place anywhere between now and the second coming of Christ.
It is heart breaking news to many because the bible tells us that the people in the Rapture are male Jews who are virgins. It doesn't say anything about any women or married men being in the rapture.
People who are in the rapture return with Christ and do battle when they return against the armies of the earth. The Rapture requires just the right people. The Bible says that these men are righteous in God's eyes. They are without sin. You have to ask yourself, are you without sin?
Other places in the bible describe something like a rapture but it has nothing to do with it. It describes where one is taken and the other is left.
The Christian coilition has come up with all kinds of visions. The lastest is people just disappearing into thin air, leaving their clothes neatly folded in a pile on a chair, etc.. This is bullcrap!
God would not put this world into such a termoil as to take someone flying a plane or driving a bus and putting everyone's life in danger.
Revelation says the last days will be like the days of Noah. In Noahs day, 8 people were left and God took everyone else in the flood. NOW, Let me ask you, do you want to be taken or left alive?
In Revelation God's Wrath consists of plaques not rewards. I once read or heard that we could be standing next to a person whose skin melted off of him and a Christian would NOT be effected by it. That is the power of faith in God and being a righteous person. If you are don't worry but welcome the return of Christ.
I fear the return of Christ because I don't come close to being righteous as God expects me to be and people who teach are held more accountable and punished more serverly. I ask for what I get and pray God has mercy on me if I'm wrong.
Scientists can guess whatever they want to. Who's going to question them? When talking about Jesus, they know they can't guess on this subject because this is much more important. Just like the rapture, scientists are going to try and explain this when people start going missing. Some will probably not even go the direction of Jesus.

I know my blogs have upset you or at worst confused you. When CHrist came the first time He cam to save the world and not judge us. He also among other things came to turn father against son and daughter against mother. He did this because He wants us to love God more than our family members. Think about this...The only way to the father is thru Christ, not your father, mother, son or daughter. It is just you and the Lord and it is the same with your children or friends. It is 1 on 1.
Now the second coming is different. He is coming for judging and punishing. He said Revenge is mine. He is coming to harvest his crop. First thing to do is cut down the thistles and thorns or remove the evil so He can get to His righteous people.
It will be like the days of Noah where 8 people were saved (left on the earth) and the rest were drown (life was taken). Keep your faith and endur til the end. Let the Lord (take the evil ones) and leave you here to be a King or Priest.
Yes christiangirl, when Jesus takes one from the field, it is a sinner not a righteous one. The Lord will leave his righteous Christians alive (who will be left) to witness the first resurrection. Lucky you. Make sure your name is written in the book of life.

As I said earlier I just have not spent the time as I see now I should have in the book of Revelation. I appreciate your apparrent knowledge of it and look forward to your continued contributions.
One thing you mentioned again has me thinking. It is the use and meaning of the word righteous. I do believe I am justified and righteous in the eyes of God by declaratory means that came from faith to faith in the redemptive blood of Christ that washes this filthy sinner. I have always knew Abraham was declared righteous because of faith, not of works. I do not however think Abraham was without sin either pre or post declaration. He was still in the flesh and flesh is sin producing. I sin every moment I breath because I do not love the Lord with all my heart and my neighbor as myself. Never have and never will while I am in this flesh. I am transforming and in the process of santification on a daily basis. I await the day of glorification when I see him fully in pure light and not dimly as I do now.
By no means am I posting this to be argumentive or confusing. I just wish and hope everyone can trust in the attoning work of Christ and grow to trust it and feel the peace and joy it provides by removing all fear. The undenying wrathful side of God and his law can and should produce fear. The last and ultimate prescribed sacrafice covers us like a veil so we can stand before God and appear righteous in his eyes. There is nothing but fear if we plan to stand before God uncovered by the offered veil and attempt to wear our own garments of works and self righteousness.
I changed wardrobes sometime ago and stand properly dressed. The hand me down wardrobe I received provided joy that the one I had worked to obtain never could.

Have patience and understand that some of the Bible is truly hard to understand. The Evil One will always try to trip us up especially when we are eager to learn as you, unique-lies, myself and others are.
I am the first to admit I do not know everything I should. I can say however that unique-lies is leaving no doubt in his faith and his source of it.
He has showed me some things I had not thought of as I should. I am still discerning the information.
You have brought some things to my attention that I had not thought about in a while. I have no doubt in your faith and where it was established.
I appreciate both of your contributions to my learning and hope this new spirit of learning stays on here for all of us.

A new Christian should not attempt to study the Book of Revelation. Starting with John is a good place or even start with the New Testament Matthew. If you do the sinner's prayer and mean it you are on a good path. Next you ask the Holy Spirit to come in and reside in the temple (your body is the Temple for the Holy Ghost). As you abide in His word (read the bible and do His will) you when learn the truth and the truth will set you free.
The churches will feed you "Milk" or "Baby Food". It will keep you going until you are able to read on your own and understand. This is "Feeding Yourself". After you have started feeding your mind with this information, as you fill your mind you must teach others what you know to make room for more data. (From he who has little it will be taken and given to he who has more.) If you don't use this knowledge it is taken away and given to someone who will use it.
Once you are born again and the Holy Spirit comes in you will grow and you will find that you are forgiven of your sins. You will feel free and Know God has forgiven you. When you feel this way it is impossible to sin. You have to make yourself sin because God is within you and guiding you. You will know this feeling when it happens. You will then know you are saved and you name is written in the Book of Life. THIS IS Being RIGHTEOUS!
WARNING:
You will never hear this in church or from your preacher, but if you willfully sin after feeling this way, your sins are no longer forgiven. (Hebrews 6:4-6)
So if you seek God please beware that if you willfully sin you are no longer forgiven of your new sins. EVER!

Yes, I was ready for that years ago. The warning that you gave I have heard in church since I was able to walk. Went in one ear and out the other for years.
I have read Hebrews numerous times each year lately and was quite bothered with the verse you quoted along with the other warning passages found in Hebrews for some time.
To fully understand those warning passages you have to discern what is meant by willfully sin.
This page and the night itself is not long enough to get started on those passages and do them justice.
At first glance they can create terror even among the saved if the Evil One is not dealt with first. He loves those passages as much as anyone. At least they are some of the ones he strapped my butt with.
Perhaps I should first ask you if you believe in the doctrine of "Once Saved" "Always Saved".
I believe it beyond a shadow of doubt.
Part of your post gives hint of the affirmative while the end of it screams negative.
Nothing wrong with an opinion. We both carry one with us at all times whether we like it or not.

My biggest problem with the idea of "losing" salvation is that it would prompt many people into postponing salvation until the last minute.
That's very risky and wastes a lot of time.
Another problem is that it encourages people who have backslidden into giving up.
The enemy implies that this is proof they had no hope of being right with God and coaxes them to sin more by saying:
"You might as well be shot for a sheep as a lamb."
Free grace is not the same as cheap grace.
We don't have a license to sin but we are no longer slaves to sin.
We have more power and more accountability.
How ironic that some of the same folk who insist on the permanence of marriage think that our covenant with the Almighty is as fragile as a soap bubble.
God promises that we will NOT be snatched from His hand.
Not only is Satan too green a warrior to steal a pebble from the Lord's open palm,we can't wriggle out of hands that cup us gently and securely against His breast like a hard-won treasure or a lost chick restored to the shelter of His wings.
Giving our lives to Christ is more than "fire insurance".
We take in His spirit that we might utilize it to fill our emptiness and act as He would act-even surpassing Him as that power grows within us.
We can still falter because our old nature has a head start.
But once it atrophies and our new spirit matures,the balance changes in favor of our saved selves.
To use a somewhat tacky analogy,we are still becoming housebroken.
We are no longer comfortable eliminating in a thoughtless manner but we will still have accidents.
The difference is,we are reaching a point where self-control is our default state.
When we become fully mature and healthy,we will have mastery of our baser urges.
Until then,God not only trains us,He serves as our clean up crew.
God would no more jettison us for soiling our souls than He would if we needed a change of underwear.
He'd make us fresh and tidy again and send us back out (with maybe a suggestion that we seek Him out earlier if we sense there's going to be a problem).
He'll take us as we are and stick by us even after we're fully developed.
He'll certainly not give up on us while we're still growing.
Whether the rapture is pre, mid, or post my ticket is paid for.
If I have to die for my faith which I gladly will I am fine with that to.
Like it was said earlier it is fixing to get nasty so people had better get right and hang on .
To borrow a old phrase "all Hell is fixing to break loose"

If we rely on what God has promised us instead of what we promised God there is no doubting our salvation. That is the most peaceful assurrance you can ever have.

I agree with you. The assurrance we have of God's promise allows us to not worry about our accessment of pre, mid or post tribulation.
Death is just something we have to do before we can live.
Just as Satan knows his time is short we can feel the season.
To add to that old phrase "all Hell is fixing to break loose" I like to say "but Heaven is still put together"
Some of the people in here remind me of the the local religious lady in the movie The Mist. Of course, we saw what craziness she led some of the town folk into and what happened to her at the end.
Some people just need a doomsday scenario to justify some of their beliefs.

You went to get lengths to argue my post but nothing to say why it is in the bible. Satan didn't inspire the writers of the bible, God did. I have prayed someone could prove me wrong on this one.
I know, that I know, that I know, that I know, so someone has to be very convincing to change my mind on this. No one can just believe God exist and go to heaven. Even satan believes and knows God personally, but he won't be going to heaven.
My only hope is that I will be allowed to live on the new earth and not cast into the lake of fire.
Love and Charity covers a lot of sins and converting people covers sins also so there are alternatives when we are sinners today. Don't take me wrong, I am not saying covered sins will get anyone in heaven. I actually thought the covered sins had been done away with when Jesus died for us but they are still in effect. You just aren't forgiven, your sin are covered by your works. That alone makes God a perfect God.
In the Book of Revelation, the Bible describes the New Heaven and says "Sinners" will not be allowed in heaven. That tells me some sinners may be allowed to live in the after life on the New Earth, but not the New heaven.
No one really knows who did write the Book of Hebrews but it is in the Bible so I assume it is there for a reason so I must consider it.
We don't have to worry about Christ sneeking up on us just yet. This world has to get worse than this, then the anti-christ has to step in and straighten out the mess we will all be in.
After the anti-christ straightens out the economy the False Prophet will appear to introduce a false religion for the New World Order. Then the Beast will come up out of the people and it all begins.

I may have misunderstood your post earlier to quantumcatbut I thought you were saying that your sins are covered by your works?
The book of Hebrews author is not known for sure but Paul was somewhere close by while the ink was drying. A discussion on that topic though could provide a lot of information on an earlier post about the books of the Bible.
The study of the inclusion of Hebrews sheds a lot of light on what were determining factors of choice by the scholars. It did not pass the test of signing by an apostle or someone who had met the risen Christ but it did meet a lot of the other criteria that allowed this wonderful work of God to be included.
The same discerning Holy spirit that led these scholars to include it in the Bible showed me upon first reading of the Bible that Hebrews should have been included and it was of the mind if not unsigned hand of Paul.
The generation that should see the second coming is the generation that was born and living when Israel become a nation again in 1948. A generation being 70 years just as the Babylonian captivity was leaves a date of May 2018 as the generation expiration date.
No one knows the day. Only the Father does. Jesus told of a season though that we should be able to feel. I feel the season is upon us. The actual date? I just wait and look up in hopeful expectation. I am ready when he is but I understand his patience and longsuffering. Unlike the typical marriage where the groom waits for the bride to come down the isle, this bride sets and waits for the bridegroom in the elopement to a "marriage made in heaven".

After Christ throws the False Prophet and the Beast in the Lake of Fire and chains satan in the pit for 1,000 years He destroys Babylon making it impossible to buy or sell again. Then the rest of the dead are Resurrected at the same time as satan is released from the pit.
We have a short while here on earth again before Christ wipes away your tears.
It isn't until after Christ destroys the new followers of satan and satan himself, that He judges the dead (He has already judged the Righteous) and casts them into the lake of Fire (which is the second death)
Then He wipes away your tears and puts an end to death and evil.

How do you propose someone get righteous. I have never read about someone getting righteous. I have read about someone being declared righteous but it was not because of something they did. It was something they had. Abraham was declare righteous because of his faith. A faith in the first coming of the promised seed that he had to look ahead and forward to see.

Yes I believe Christ will return before the 3 1/2 years are up because His elite would be deceived by satan if he doesn't come sooner. The Beast claims he is GOD and that is when Christ descends from heaven just as He ascended up into heaven.
You asked about how does a person get Righteous. When Jesus forgives you of your sins, that is as righteous as you are going to be. You are without any sin what so ever! That is being Righteous. However, staying righteous is something else. If you know you are without sins you are righteous.
When Christ comes in He sweeps satan out of your house. Your body is an empty shell with no sin or devils. The Holy Spirit moves in and reveals the truth to you. If you willfully sin the Holy Spirit leaves and the Devil that was in you originally returns and sees your house is clean so he moves back in and brings 7 more demons with him.
Only YOU know if you are without sin, or righteous, that is YOU and Christ.

When I read this it hints of a Salvation that is freely given at first but can be lost quickly if you sin again. Sounds pretty easy to get snatched out of his hands to meif I have read your post correctly. Am I misunderstanding what you said? Do you believe a person can be given the gift of eternal life and have it taken away that same day. If so can he have it given back to him the next day or will he have to earn it back since he lost it on his own? If he has it given back to him or he earns it again the following week is he capable of loosing the gift or repayment by sinning again the following day?

In a figurative way, I have always thought you could ask anyone about the ingredients of Salvation and they could make a statement much as you have and all of them would have the same key ingredients in their bag but the recipes would read different. Within everyones' bag would be faith, works, grace, Christ, gifts and sin.
When I read your comment I see a formula or recipe that would read:
(((Works) + (Faith + Love)) + (Christ))) = Salvation + Sin = - Salvation
When I open the recipe from my heart I see::
Christ / Grace / Faith = Salvation + (Sin / Christ) = Salvation + (Sin / Christ) = Salvation > (Works / Love) + (Works / Love) + Gifts
My recipe was derived from verses such as this:

One of the biggest differences I have seen is where everyone will place the "works" in the recipe.

I believe the ones on the left side of the equation are dirty rags to him as they were done out of a debted attitude trying to earn and self save.

I'm not trying to mess up anyone's faith but I am confused.
(Perhaps because I'm still stuck in a wordly mindset.)
I hear you saying that God will clean your house but then you have to keep it that way.
That's fine if I can still live there.
It's fine if entrophy doesn't set in to provide dust,age and other imperfections.
If I can't keep my house flawless on my own and can't get help in but once,I might let it go to seed until I'm ready to move out.

I don't believe Christ's sacrifice was a "get out of jail free card" but I do believe that it provides us with someone who will guarantee that our just debts will be paid.

Think of the Prodigal Son.
He assumed his poor stewardship had cost him his place in the family.
His father believed that he still belonged with them but couldn't be kept helpless and confined to keep him from going astray.
As long as the son was an adult,he had the right to make mistakes and take their consequences yet any time he wanted to come home,his father would rush to meet him and see that he made it all the way back.
Had the son been a child or beast and unable to take responsibility for himself,the whole clan would have looked for him until he was restored to them.
Outside of the prodigal son's own guilty conscience,we have no indication that his family would have thought:"He left on his own. Let the wolves eat him."
I want to be able to call my family and say :"Come and get me" when some distraction takes me too far from home.
I want to be able to clean,repair and de-clutter as I go without feeling as if it's all beyond me and I'll never pass the white-glove-bounce-a-quarter-off-the-bed tests.
I want to feel as if the demons could stand before my threshold yet not enter because the Holy Spirit has taken up permanent residence and He's making sure that the empty pizza boxes are in the paper recycling bin and not horded under the couch.
That's what eternal security means for me.
I may not always have the benefits of a perfect relationship with my family but I can't erase having been born into them.
Nicely worded quantumcat. This is getting to be too difficult. I believe when I accepted Jesus into my life, I asked for forgiveness (and my sins are forgiven and on the bottom of the ocean floor). He tells us that. We are not perfect and we are going to sin. That doesn't mean we lose our salvation. That's when there are only one set of footprints. The Lord forgives and will carry you through it.

This verse says it all. Nothing we do, no matter how many works will earn our salvation. It's too great a thing we couldn't possibly do enough for what He did for us by dieing on the cross. He did this to cover our sins because He loves us, not to see who can do the most to earn this. Now he wouldn't want us to sit around and not share His love and help others and do good works. There is a difference. I just love Him! Talking about Him gets me excited.

I see someone who believes that they are not instantly perfect when saved but instead are a work in progress.

I think that prayer is answered. Eternal salvation can not be refuted.
I once lived in that fear you described that was a living hell here on earth.
Once I figured out I could not earn it and allowed it to be given to me the torment went away.
It was when I realized that it was given to me out of love and I could not do anything to earn it or to keep it that I was freed to go do out of love myself.
It can not be out of love if it is out of duty.

One thing I have to say is "Unique-Lies" is right "THAT YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE WHAT SOMEONE SAIDS, OR (POSTS) AS (TRUTH)". You need to "READ" your Holy Bible. People can also take things from the Bible, and twist it to a way to mislead you too. So be careful what others will have you to believe. You do have to pray for understanding before reading your bible. "Do not read just the small section (1 or 2 versus) that is posted" read the "TITLE" of the chapter as well as the whole chapter so that you can understand what is really being said. What someone posts as the meaning of a few versus, may not be what Gods message to you is.

I see you have been studying quite a bit here lately. That is good.
I love to see the enthusiasm in someones' faith that shines through from listening to you.
It seems you can grasp ahold of the light and understand just how great of a Salvation we have. It would not be much if it could be lost by our own actions. I would have lost it before I knew I had it if I was the one in charge of keeping it.
So many people are just so busy trying to earn it that they never see the box with the bow sitting in front of them.
Any attempt to earn it only devalues the price Christ paid for his gift to us. Any attempt to keep it by working only devalues the impotance of his work.

Righteous - we don't use that word too often unless we want to imply someone THINKS they are more Righteous than....
Righteous is nothing more than receiving Christ as your Lord and Savior and staying in that condition with the help of the Holy Spirit. (John 16:13)
No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God's seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God. (1 John 3:9) you must make yourself sin.

Not only are your sins no longer forgiven but the original spirit returns and brings 7 more who are more evil than him and move back in. (Matthew 12:43-45)
Jesus died (Once) for (Everyone). (Hebrews 10;12) To be forgiven of your sins again you would have to crucify Christ again yourself. (Hebrews 6:6)
--> No! Your sins can no longer be forgiven according to Hebrews unless you crucify Jesus again yourself.
-->But... we may be able to cover our sins (like they had to do in the old testament with sacrifices and blood) only we have to cover our sins with Love, charity (1 Peter 4:8) and by converting people to God. (James 5:19-20) This is the only way I see we can "hide" or "barter" our sins from God. We aren't forgiven but 'hide our sin' in a way, getting us thru life. Like we may not forgive our children for something they do but we overlook it and love them just the same.
Did I make this clear? If you willfully sin your sins are no longer forgiven. I believe this may only include new sins because He has already forgiven you of your old sins. From then on the have to hide your new sins by love, charity or converting sinners.
If you aren't forgiven any more you can't lose that any more. You can only live the best you can and pray about it. Talk to your preacher about it, this is only my interpretation of Hebrews. I wished someone could prove me wrong.
Hebrews only says that your sins are no longer forgiven, You may still have eternal life because you believe, any gifts you received may stay with you, you just lose all future forgiveness.
I understand your formula. I always thought the same way until I stumbed onto Hebrews chapters 6 and 10. I wished I never found them but that wasn't my choice.
It is by the Grace of God that you seek Jesus Christ as your lord and Savior. Without His grace you aren't even interested in hearing His word. Your works or good deeds have nothing to do with being Born again. It is confessing your sins and asking Jesus to come into your life. That's all it takes. Your works, love and good deeds help you remain righteous.

I think we will see alot of countries unionizing in the coming months and years. America, Canada, and Mexico will be the next. It all boils down to the King with ten horns mentioned in the Bible. The world is slowly coming down to ten major countries. I feel like we should take revelations very literally. Years ago no one would preach on revelations because most people didnt understand it. I think God has clouded our mind until now, because every where you look people are studying revelations and understanding the end times more and more. The bible says that understanding will be increased in the last days.

If you look at it one way all 4 of them are riding now and will until The King of King's and Lord Of Lord's comes back with his army to finally put Satan and his followers in their place.

Yes, it helps and I thank you for it. It helps by allowing me to look at things in a way I have not before without having my faith ridiculed, trampled on and injured.
I think we basically feel the same way but are allowing our definitions of words to sometimes cause us to fear we are different. I think it always helps to talk about these words and not just assume we know what the other meant. As I have just seen lately, the word RIGHTEOUS comes already loaded with so many preconceived meanings that it can cause division if we make the mistake and assume we know what the other person means without taking the time to ask for their meaning instead.

I think (or assume) and hope I know what you mean but could you talk to me a little more about it.
You mentioned stumbling onto Hebrews and wishing you had never found them. I remember stumbling onto Hebrews and James and wishing they were both not in the Bible at one time in my life. Looking back though they were two of the books that caused me to study even more than the rest of the books of the Bible.
At times I read your post and think (assume) that your recipe can be baked into a (-) Salvation. In other words, at times I think (assume) you believe you can loose your salvation. At other times I think (assume) you mean that you believe you can not loose your salvation, only that your sins are no longer forgiven (and no longer need forgiven) but you can cover them or negate them with love and charity?
I hope you see the good that comes out of your time you spend helping someone with their questions like me. Even though your answers sometimes causes me more questions I do not see that as a bad thing. It only creates a desire in me to go back to the book of Hebrews and read it with the new light on it.

Let me explain this house thing.
After you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, your body become a (Temple) for the Holy Ghost. (1 Corinthians 6:18-20)
Jesus comes into your heart, mind and soul when you invite Him in. Sometimes He casts out demons when He comes in, sometimes additions or other aflictions like medical problems or He may just come into your life. (John 15:16,17)
This is Jesus sweeping out your heart, mind and soul and making it clean for the Holy Ghost. (Matthew 12:43-45)
Next the Holy Ghost comes in to live in your temple that Jesus has just swept out. He teaches things that Jesus wants you to know if you listen to Him by reading His Word the Bible. (John 16:13)
This is where the churches start and the people stop. They rely on the churches to teach them what is in the bible. The Pharasies and scribes of the churches can only feed you Milk or Baby Food because that is all they know. Preachers go to man made colleges to learn man's Christian beliefs and traditions, (Galatians 1:12) so that is what they have to teach you.
The Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost or Holy Spirit IS GOD! So when Jesus comes in God dwells within you. (1 John 4:15) When the Holy Spirit comes in, you are filled with the Holy Spirit, (GOD). "He who is in YOU is greater than he who is in the world!"(1 John 4:4) The Kingdom of God is Now within you. (Luke 17:20-21)
Christians don't understand the Power and Glory given to them when they accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Jesus picked His disciples. There were 11 disciples and one devil. The real ID is a federal ID card which is intended to be the precursor to possible microchip ID. To me it sounds like what's done is done. You are saved, you are a child of God, you already given your life to Him so you can't give it back.
Let me ask you something. Are you a sinner? Do you judge? Do you talk about anyone? Have you lusted since you've been a christian? Have you taken something that doesn't belong to you? Have you had bad thoughts about someone? or said you couldn't stand them? There are so much more. My point we all have these natural feelings and some would call them sins, and if you say no to all of these then you sound perfect and I'd like to know how you do it. You can't go through your life and not do anything wrong. We all make mistakes, and I don't believe a loving God would take your salvation each time you sin. That's why He's forgiving. Do you see what I'm saying? And I don't see God taking your salvation when you sin . Then everyone would be doomed. I believe once saved always saved.
verse 6- I'm gettin this.. If you steal someone's purse, and you give it back, ask God for forgiveness, turn away from that sin..the end.You're forgiven. You cannot relive that day. That sin if forgiven and forgotten. Does that sound right to anyone. I may be totally off.
So anyways, about Israel... bet ya'll didn't know this... They are and have been the LARGEST recipient of 'U.S. military aid' for the last 5 or so years. There are about TWO reasons we support Israel:
1) So that EVERYTIME we lie about needing to go to war there, we've always got them to back us up (remember that must pay us back somehow when we send them BILLIONS of dollars in U.S. weapons, etc)
2) So that our image won't be COMPLETLEY destroyed in the Middle East, they're the only ones who support us there... Did anyone ever realize why the Palestinians and others are so envious of Israel? Why is it bad that we give military aid to Israel, they are the only stronghold of democracy in the middle east, and everyone wants them destroyed. So we are trying to help the little guy. Born again Christian should be able to understand the bible with the help of the Holy Spirit within them. Nonbelievers will not understand the parables so the bible will be a fictional story book to them.
Jesus spoke other parables to the people then had to explain them to His disciples because like us they didn't understand the parables...so He explained...

35 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying, I will open my mouth in parables; I will utter things which have been kept secret from the foundation of the world.

Here Jesus explains His return where He slays (takes) the wicked and Leaves the righteous in verses 37-42.
Do these verses explain to you why God hid the truth from the wicked? He reveals the truth to His Christians if they work at learning the truth by staying in His word.
-->Dianatn I have studied my bible for years and asked questions and listened to TV Evangelist to get understanding. Over the years I have stumbed on the truth.
For example, when you know what happens to you when you died (according to the Bible) you can understand a lot of things and why they are the way they are and also why something couldn't possibly have happened that way or this way. God's word connects everything together as you start learning the truth.
How do you know it is the truth? When you know that you know, that you know, that you know... That is as sure as you can be. Sometimme you may get something else that can be added to it to make you even more sure.
I have written a letter to Pat Robertson telling Him of my opinion of how I felt the churches needed to revise their teachings. I did get a reply from his office, but it only stated that many will prophesy in the end times. I wasn't happy with my answer but didn't take it any further.
Some of the reasons are because of translations in the bibles. Translators use simple language and lose the meaning of the verses completely in some cases. I read two or three different translations to make sure I know what I am reading and getting the right interpretation.
If I believe someone or a church is teaching something incorrectly I will tell it like it is as I see and know it. If they can prove me wrong that is great but I don't argue the scripture. You must show me a scripture that proves me wrong.
I am hoping someone can prove me wrong on Hebrews 6:6. If you willfully sin your sins are no longer forgiven. It may only be the sins that you commit willingly that you aren't forgiven of and you still get to keep all the other forgiveness you have already received and your eternal life and Gifts. That makes sense to me!

I have read several different translations searching for a good answer but they all point to willfully sinning means you can not be forgiven again. Preachers have always taught that you just keep asking for forgiveness and you are forgiven. Verse 6 says you can't be or you would be crucifying Jesus again and holding Him up in shame.
--> I have gotten a little more knowledge on this and I think it means the sin you willfully sin can't be forgiven but all your other sins have already been forgiven so they are forgotten and the eternal life and any gifts you received would be yours for life unless you committed a death sin. The bible says we are sinners so we do sin everyday. Most of those sins are sin we aren't even aware of like saying something innocent that hurts someone. We didn't do it willingly so we can be forgiven of it and many more each day, but if we willingly sin or sin on purpose, that sin is not forgiven. I can live with that.
Yes I have sinned all the sins you mentioned except stealing a purse, lol. We all sin. I don't know of anyone who hasn't. I can't say that there aren't people out there who haven't because the people in the Rapture are without sin in God's eye.

I have read both sides. They have a bio-chip used in animals now.

It is reported that the States will require all domestic animals, cows, horses, pigs, etc. to have a mico-chip inserted in them for tracking and bookkeeping purposes which of course would contain the owners information also.
Some claim the chip isn't powerful enough to be read more than an inch or two away and couldn't send a signal needed.
My honest opinion is that the Micro-chip will be the "Mark of the Beast" until I see something come along that's better. It is the perfect item so far. They have inserted the chip in some animals and it can be read by scanners at a vets office. The Government has cameras on us at traffic lights and who knows where else and you can view your house on your computer by satelite pictures, so why not stick us with a micro-chip. As old as I am they would be wasting their money giving me one, but whose to say every baby won't have to get one at birth by federal law like a vaccination.

Anyone who has God's love and righteousness in him and is spiritually clean and whole who then *deliberately* throws all that away for an avoidable sin ought to be let off the hook.

God will have His own uses for all these tools.
He'll use them to restore lost pets,stop terrorists,find abducted children,get people instant medical care and recall hazardous items from store shelves.
No doubt He'll have other strategies and tools for us as well.
This is not to say we need to ignore our foe.
It's more that pitting the devil against God is like having a brat who thinks he's an admiral because he has boats in his bathtub go up against Alfred Thayer Mahan,David Farragut and Sun-Shin-Yi.
He might do some damage but he could have a nuclear sub and God's strategy and resources could blow him out of the water.
God could defeat him even if he were as scary as he thinks he is.
Let's remember who is behind the creative force and commandeer inventions and advances for ourselves instead of being paralyzed by their possible missuse.

I agree with you and have read that God has created everything that has been created or will be created. All inventions have been to improve of lives, make them safe or convenient except for a few things like the A-bomb, viruses and the Federal Reverse.Even the nuclear weapons give us a degree of being safe from other world disorders, but dangerous. Big Brother has to try to control all good things that are invented like the computer or prevent their invention like medical cures instead of treatments.
The U.S. tried to take control of the home computers but got stopped even thou they do spy on you thru your computer with a secret chip in your computer.

If it in the hard drive, I have dismantled hundreds of them for law enforcement to rebuild them for forensics. What about the motherboard? Well the only logical place would be the bios, and that is changed regularly also.

Sorry for the horsecrap! I don't know anything about the electronics of a computer. I don't know a chip from a diode or resistor or whatever.
I have windows pop up on my screen that tells me I have spyware on my computer that if I understand it right "SOMEONE if not a lot of people, hackers or not" can view and steal anything I have on my computer without my knowing it.
Also if you have a newtworking computer other computers can read your files or even transfer them.
I recently purchased a newer computer so I could have 1 gigabyte of ram.
The computer came with the demonic Windows Vista. It loses files that I create, doesn't know what to do with several programs and commands. It doesn't let me copy my hard drive files to cds correctly. I have to download my file to a website to transfer them to my old computer. It won't show me the programs on my computer in the remove programs, so I can not remove them ,like MS Internet Explorere 7 and all the security flaws. It wants to down load files and nowhere can I tell it "NEVER", I can only postpone the download for like 7 days! All I know is it takes three times as long to start up and shut down. That 1 gigabyte of ram, after my computer boots up, shows total ram at 893, used ram is 573 leaving me 320 megabytes of "free" ram to use. Vista uses over half of the 1 gigabyte ram just to start the computer and open windows vista. That is without me opening any programs. That is less ram than I had on my old computer. So what does Vista need with all that ram? I knew where to find a hidden file in Windows 3.1 where I could read everything I, or anyone, did on my computer and when I changed a file and where I had been. I don't have any idea what file or where it is on Vista but there is one somewhere.
You know computers, maybe you can tell me? Sorry if I insulted your job or intellegence with my ignorance of computer technology. I have other interests than computers parts.

Windows Vista is what we call "in the IT world", bloatware. It is made to look pretty, Depending on your graphics card, what speed your hard drive is, and of course how much ram you have will determine any operating systems performance. Vista requires a large minimal requirement compared to alot of other previous version. People said the same thing when Windows XP Pro was released.
Here are the requirements, remember that is just the Operating system, not the programs that you install afterwards, for example, any Instant Messengers, Photo Editing Software, Adobe, Games, Movie views, Dvd players, Accounting Software.

Now I am using WinXP Pro on most of my Systems but on my main system, I use Vista Ultimate 64-bit, that is my gaming, graphics and my general fun machine. I have 4 gigs of ram on it, I use the QuadCore CPU, <==(don't recommend, it's a waste get dualcore). And Raptor drives for programs, and normal Sata drives for storage, I used 1 standard 7200rpm IDE drive for my OS. Ram is King, it is cheap, don't skimp on the ram.
Regarding the issues you face with viruses, trojans, and other items, a great way to thwart them is to use a Hardware-based firewall if you have multiple computers in your home or business. If it is a single system, a software-version would suffice. Most trojans and viruses are obtained by downloading them from email, file-sharing services, and torrents. I recommend checking the browser histories and reducing the usage of the computer by other people to view those types of sites.

Mmm! Thank you but it is still pretty much greeek to me. I have a grandson who knows computers and rebuilds them. We have discussed adding another gig of ram.
I design my own websites and web pages and use Java, cgi and dynamic html. I studied Cobol computer programing language but dropped the course when home computers started selling, I taught myself Basic computer language but never went into more advanced languages.
But don't know much about insides of computers.
I saw the inside of my computer once.
It contained cat hair,Cheerios,a deceased Junebug,a veritable Watership Down full of dustbunnies and a bunch of wires and glittery stuff that reminded me of old spy movies and the robot on "Fireball X-L Five."
The nice tech people removed the debris and suggested I find my critters another warm,flat place to relax.
They also excised more trojans and such than existed in the whole Illiad.
I think if the gubmint really knew how we lived,they'd appoint more conservators and let us keep more of our money.
Now that's a computer, LOL.
Adding 1 Gig wil definately improve your computer if you are designing websites. Especially graphics, photos etc.

No, you aren't burning them, you are probably doing a test run or the software is making the image first. What program are you using?

I have dragged and dropped to dics, dragged to folder to burn, noting works.
I have even tried the program "Roxie Creator Basic v9" same results.
I used to use Netscape but one day it just shut down and Vista doesn't know what to do. I tried to reinstall it and it won't reinstall because it is waiting for a previous version to reboot?
I am trying to stay with Vista since all computer are coming out with it except Mac, etc.
