20:1 For the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man [that is] an householder, which went out early in the morning to hire labourers into his vineyard. 20:2 And when he had agreed with the labourers for a penny a day, he sent them into his vineyard. 20:3 And he went out about the third hour, and saw others standing idle in the marketplace, 20:4 And said unto them; Go ye also into the vineyard, and whatsoever is right I will give you. And they went their way. 20:5 Again he went out about the sixth and ninth hour, and did likewise. 20:6 And about the eleventh hour he went out, and found others standing idle, and saith unto them, Why stand ye here all the day idle? 20:7 They say unto him, Because no man hath hired us. He saith unto them, Go ye also into the vineyard; and whatsoever is right, [that] shall ye receive. 20:8 So when even was come, the lord of the vineyard saith unto his steward, Call the labourers, and give them [their] hire, beginning from the last unto the first. 20:9 And when they came that [were hired] about the eleventh hour, they received every man a penny. 20:10 But when the first came, they supposed that they should have received more; and they likewise received every man a penny. 20:11 And when they had received [it], they murmured against the goodman of the house, 20:12 Saying, These last have wrought [but] one hour, and thou hast made them equal unto us, which have borne the burden and heat of the day. 20:13 But he answered one of them, and said, Friend, I do thee no wrong: didst not thou agree with me for a penny? 20:14 Take [that] thine [is], and go thy way: I will give unto this last, even as unto thee. 20:15 Is it not lawful for me to do what I will with mine own? Is thine eye evil, because I am good? 20:16 So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen. Matt 20 1-16

hours are as follows. sunrise till 9:00am

9:ooam till 12:00pm

12:00 till 3:00pm

3:00 till 7:00pm

Imagine being able to clock in at 2:00 pm and work one hour and be paid the same as the ones who worked all day.

God will give his salvation that way.

The harvest is getting ready to start!

I was reading this parable last night and the Holy Spirit spoke and said that we are in the eleventh hour.

Whether you accepted Christ 80 years ago or just now, and then he comes back you are guaranteed salvation.

People who accepted years ago usually don't accept the new way of worship and the youth don't want to worship the older ways.

As long as it is worship to Jesus Christ it is worship.

Don't wait till the harvest comes[ the rapture]

because you will miss it.

The only thing left after the harvest Will be the tares and the weeds and we know what happens to them.

Time is counting down it is time to come to the Cross and accept what Jesus did and not be left behind.

Today has been a very sad day for me and my family...Our landlord and friend was killed today (John Walker). he has around 800 acres here in Wartrace and works it 7 days a week. What a wonderful man he is. He is kind and nice and will help out anyone that needs help.Just a wonderful man. he was cutting on a tree that the storm messed up this past friday here in Wartrace. Something happen and he was thrown into a very small creek face down and hit his head on a rock..God called him home..Such a shock to everyone who knew this man. He worked from 7 am to almost 7 pm 6 days a week no matter how hot or cold or rain or snow or storm...On sunday he would come over and feed up in the morning and then in the afternoon. But took the rest of the day to be with family . I could set our clocks on him..He drove up every day at 7 am..His barns and garage and all farm things are here on our land we rent from him..I can not believe i will not see him every morning and leaving for lunch and then leaving for the day...I ask myself WHY has God called him home now...this way..I thought about you MICHAEL BELL and going onto your site to see what you had to say today...And to ask you to please pray for his family and his wife Helen who is such a wonderful person....Our hearts are hurting so much...He is going to be missed so very much...He is a GREAT man....

It just shows how fleeting life can be.

How you never know when the breath you take might be your last.

How people can gamble on salvation is beyond me.

They will gamble on sports and other things.

I tell people if the Bible is not true , when I die I have lost nothing.

If it is true and non- believers die they have lost everything.

Why risk it?

His family will be in my prayers.

Thank You michaelbell...We went to his home and the place was filled with all his friends..His wife Helen was so very sad and up-set..We all talked and cried and held each other..He is in heaven now looking down on us and watching over his family..He had God in his heart and in his life...I know we are not suppose to ask WHY did God take him away from us...But we always do for a while..Yes I know that only God knows when it is our time and only he knows why he calls our brother's and sister's home when he does...But it hurts so bad when we lose someone we love and care about...It is so hard for us to think that this wonderful man ...this kind and caring man will never drive up our drive-way again or be able to talk to him..Please keep his family and friends in your prayers for a long time...It is going to take his family and friends a while to get over this pain and hurting in our heart's ..Thank You again...

More like 11:59 and counting. Its hard for me to listen to some people try to discredit the Bible when all of the prophecies in there have been fulfilled or are almost fullfilled. I cant think of a bigger spit in Gods eye than to doubt his holy word.

Michael,

Keep on keepin on brother. We are in desperate need of more evangelizing. I have prayed hard that God would grant me boldness to tell more people about the gospel, because I can think of no other time when people need to hear it. I dont know about you but it seems the Holy Spirit has given me a sense of urgency. I feel burdened with the amount of lost people, and ashamed at the same time that I havent professed my faith as loudly or as boldly as I should have. So preach on brother. Dont get discouraged, I will back you up all I can. Btw, I read a wonderful book this week by Ray Comfort, you should read it. I will try to get it to you.

rebelrose I am sorry to hear of the loss of your friend. I also will be lifting his family/friends up in prayer. It is wonderful to hear he knew the Lord as his saviour and to have comfort knowing he is in a glorious place today!

Michael,

Where ya been? Been missing your posts! Hope to see a new one soon!

no one knows the hour and day of the second coming. people are to busy trying to compare revelations to this day and time instead of living like the bible tells us to. I don't believe the holy spirit would tell you it is the llth hour because we are not to know when it is.
