My wife and daughters and me went to Edgemont Baptist Church to see this years version of Crossroads, all I can say is Wow!
This was by far the best one I have seen yet, the them was on domestic violence, and its impact on families. It started with a child of the 50's who grew up in domestic violence and his whole life centered around it through his teenage years and marriage, and capping it off by murdering his wife , children and then killing himself. The wife and kids had left and accepted Christ as their saviour and after death were in heaven , not because of their goodness, or the way they were treated, but because the accepted Christ. The father was seen in hell, not because he was mean or anything like that, but because he had not accepted Christ. The wages of sin is death and we all fall short of the glory of God, he that says he has no sin is a liar and the truth is not in him. We all come to that crossroads in life and have to make our choice, go the same way we have been going or choose the right way which is the narrow way. Accept Christ and secure your salvation. If you ever get a chance to go to Crossroads or anything like it , please go it is a awesome experience. For you never know when your last breath will be!
