BLOW THE TRUMPET OF ZION!

The Feast of Trumpets is the next one to be Fulfilled by Jesus Christ. I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is where the rapture of God's chosen happens.The Watchman

But if the watchman

see the sword come,

and blow not the trumpet,

and the people be not warned;

if the sword come, and take

any person from among them, he

is taken away in his iniquity;

but his blood will I require

at the watchman's hand.

Ezekiel 33:6

A trumpet blows before the "catching away" of the Saints, which in English terms is called the "rapture" though not in the English bible, it was taught in the first century church.

In the autumn of the year and on the first day of the Tishrei moon trumpets are blown to announce the Hebrew holiday of Rosh Hashanah. Biblical Christians refer to it as the Feast of Trumpets. It is the 5th of the Seven Feasts of Israel. The ultimate New Covenant fulfillment of this future Jewish New Year, (Tishrei 1 on the Hebrew calendar), will be spectacular beyond words. The feast will explode into holy history. And it will be a blockbuster. Moses declared and prophesied that it would become a "memorial of blowing of trumpets" (Lev. 23:24-25) It seems that many faithful saints will suffer at the hands of the powers because they blew the trumpet and sounded the alarm on that awesome future Rosh Hashanah. (Ezek.33) On that coming feast day the faithful watchmen of Israel will answer the call. And "they will not be silent". This 5th feast was instituted by Moses at Sinai approximately 3,500 years ago. It marks the first day of the Hebrew (civil) new year. 'Rosh Hashanah' means 'head of the year'. The Feast of Trumpets is the first of the three, yet to be fulfilled, Fall Feasts of Israel. These Autumn Feasts relate to Kingdom/political issues rather than the High Priestly/religious matters that we saw Messiah address in the spring feasts during His first coming 2,000 years ago. Back then we saw Him ride into Jerusalem on a donkey as the 'Suffering Servant'. But when Messiah returns this next time He will come as the Conquering King. After Trumpets come the "Ten days of awe" which lead on to Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, the most solemn day of the year. On this awesome Day of Reckoning all accounts between YHVH-God and all His covenant people are settled. The Jubilee Year is also announced on this tenth day of Tishri. Trumpets are also blown during special times of national crisis. God's covenant people are summoned to gather themselves together in a solemn assembly before the God of Israel. Trumpets are sounded during battle in times of warfare. Trumpets also announce the coming of a king.

This is the annual religious ceremony but it also foretells of a epic future event.

On a future Rosh Hoshanah, on the new moon of Tishrei, the shofars will begin to sound on a day like no other. The ultimate epic future Feast of Trumpets will burst onto the world stage and into holy history. This will be an awesome day of mixed celebration and alarm. YHVH-God's determined times for Daniel's Prophecy of the 70 Weeks will resume in earnest. All of God's covenant people from both houses of Israel will be "called out", summoned to solemn assembly at YHVH-God's new and revamped 'ekklesia', His new 'congregation', 'synagogue', or 'church' of the 70th Week". The saints will be crying out to God and this will spark the climactic End-Time Revival that Joel saw. (Joel 2:28-32) We now have very strong evidence that this future Rosh Hashanah will mark the terminus of the "Roadmap to Peace". This will be the day when Israel signs the seven year peace covenant written about in Daniel 9:27. Israel will agree to divide and sell the Holy Land and their national sovereignty for a pocketful of promises of "peace and safety". Moses spoke of this final dalliance of Israel and predicted the ensuing Great Tribulation. Jesus Christ, Yeshua Hamashiach, said that they would reject Him who came in His Father's Name and said that His covenant people would consort with a false messiah, a man who came "in his own name". John 5:43. Seven momentous years will then bring in the end-time witness. Then comes the final awesome Day of Atonement. Trumpets of Jubilee will herald the opening of the Day of the Lord which opens on the very next day. Angels of wrath will pluck up the wicked as tares for the fires. (Mat.13:30) At some unknown time in those ensuing days before the Feast of Tabernacles comes into its fulfillment the last trumpet will sound and all of God's Elect, (singular), will be gathered. The climactic future Resurrection-Rapture will see Messiah gather His Chosen from the nation of Israel and from among the heathen gentiles. All the saints, the quick and the dead, from every nation, race, and tribe, from both sides of Calvary will be there. And they will all enter the glory together. (Isa.49:6 and 1Thes. 4:15-17)

Do what it takes to escape the coming wrath, become a called out one.

We are always just 7 years away, Israel is at war now, lets wait and see.

Here is another clue from the prophecy of Zechariah in which specific mention is made of two anointed ones who stand before the Lord of the whole earth. They must relate to the two anointings of God in the royal governmental authority of Israel and in the religious priesthood of Israel. Our scripture passage is in Zechariah chapter four. Zecharaiah saw two olive trees. Both of them were supplying the oil of anointing to a bowl. That bowl supplied oil to a seven branched candlestick or candlestick. The seven branched menorah, (and not the hexagonal six-pointed star), is the true and Biblically authorized symbol of Israel. It has been recognized since the time when Moses received the pattern for the menorah from YHVH-God at Mount Sinai.

So as we have seen God's people have been deeply divided. One faction, (The royal Jewish House and those connected to the Kingdom of David), have been favoring Law over Grace. The other, the priestly ministry of "the Church" has been favoring Grace over Law, sometimes to the point of being antinomian lawless ones. But YHVH, the God of Israel is not schitzophrenic. He Himself has never been divided. Nor does He set forth an apartheid policy for two elects. A diligent word-search through the Holy Scriptures from cover to cover will only reveal one Elect and Chosen people.

But there are two authorities here on earth that come from the God of Israel. There are two offices and two anointings for Messiah according to the Order of Melchizedek. (See Psalm 110:4). Melchizedek was both High Priest and King. He was High Priest of God Most High issuing Mercy and Grace. And He was King of Salem or Prince of Peace issuing God's Righteous Rule in His Law or Torah from Jerusalem.

So as we seek to place the yet to be fulfilled Feast of Trumpets into some sort of Biblical context we can make this observation. In the springtime feasts 2000 years ago the God of Israel did not come as the Conquering King executing His righteous Law, (although many of our Jewish brethren very much wanted and expected their Messiah to do just that). But on that first occasion He was showing His covenant people His priestly ministering character for mercy and Grace. His atoning blood brings salvation to Israel and Messiah as the Light to the Gentiles shines out to convert and to save the heathen Gentiles. (Isa.49:6) During that epic Passover of 32 A.D. Messiah came as the Suffering Servant. He was Israel's ultimate promised Sacrifice Lamb.

Our Jewish brethren, (the rest of Israel being as lost sheep), expected that when their Messiah came He would surely deliver them from Roman subjection and establish His Millennial Kingdom. But that was not God's immediate plan. That Kingdom role, (with Messiah coming as the Conquering King), would have to wait until the fullness of the Gentiles had been brought in and holy history had witnessed Messiah's Second Coming. His first coming as the Suffering Servant was very necessary. The Light to the Gentiles then would go forth to bring God's great salvation into the lives of all who were destined to become God's covenant people. The blood of the atonement in Israel's promised Sacrifice Lamb had been shed. This blood of the covenant would overflow Israel to spread out into the whole world. Ultimately, when the fullness of the Gentiles has been brought in, Messiah will come the Second Time. At that time He will judge the wicked, deliver His Elect, and establish His righteous Law. He will rule over this earth from Zion.

Watch and be ready but more than that listen for the sound of the trumpet and count yourself gone.

Go to the Crossroads of life and choose the only way, The Cross and the Holy Bible is your road map, for it is the Word of God!

1. All the Spring Feasts were fulfilled at Christ's first coming, and on the exact day of the feast. All the Fall Feasts picture the second advent, and the Feast of Trumpets is the first of the fall feasts, picturing the rapture.

2. The Feast of Trumpets is when the "last trump" of the rapture of 1 Cor 15 is blown.

3. The Feast of Trumpets is known as the Wedding of the Messiah, and the Church is the Bride of Christ, and the rapture is when the Church is caught up to heaven to be wed with Christ.

4. The Feast of Trumpets happens on the "new moon", which is 29.5 days after the last one, meaning it might occur on the 29th or 30th day, nobody knows for sure. "Of that day or hour no man knows" is an expression referring to this feast, and thus, the rapture.

5. "Of that day or hour no man knows, but my Father only" is an expression used by a groom when asked when his wedding will be. He says this because it is his Father that will tell him when his preparations on the bridal chamber are completed and it is time. Again, the wedding pictures the rapture.

6. The "Open Door" of the rapture in Matt 25, and Rev 3, & Rev 4:1 is a symbol of the Feast of Trumpets. [Ezek 46:1] "Thus says the Lord GOD: The gate of the inner court that faces east shall be shut on the six working days; but on the sabbath day it shall be opened and on the day of the new moon it shall be opened.

7. We are told that the new moon and the Feasts of the Lord are a shadow of things to come in Col 2:16,17. Since the Feast of Trumpets is the only Feast of the Lord that falls on a new moon, we should take particular note.

8. There are seven days of awe in between the Feast of Trumpets and the Day of Atonement. These picture the seven years of tribulation. Atonement pictures Satan being defeated and cast away at the end of tribulaion. If you add the two day Trumpets feast, and the day of atonement, the 7 days of awe are "ten days of tribulation" which might be referred to in Rev. 2:10.

9. In the Jewish Wedding, a marriage takes place over a period of time known as the "bridal week". During the bridal week, the groom and bride have sex in the bridal chamber. At the end of the week, there is a marriage supper. Compare Judges 14, Rev. 19, and Gen. Genesis 29:22-28 This bridal week will be the tribulation week on earth, while the bride of Christ is in heaven.

10. In the Jewish Wedding, the groom comes for his bride "like a thief in the night" to take (size / rapture) her away and into the bridal chamber for the bridal week at his father's house.

11. The Feast of Trumpets is also known as the coronation of the Messiah, when he will start reigning as king, thus the beginning of the "Day of the Lord", which includes the tribulation.

12. It is also time for the bema judgment, or the judgement of the works of the righteous, and judgement must begin at the house of the Lord
