The Next American Idol

The top 24 have been selected on season 7 of American Idol.
I don't usually don't get too interested in TV shows, but American Idol, Survivor, and 24 are three of my favorites that I hate to miss. American Idol is interesting because you can watch people transform into superstar performers right in front of your eyes. My favorite to win this season is 16 year old Alaina Whitaker. I thought she would be the next American Idol immediately after seeing her audition. If you have watched the show this season do you already have a favorite that you think will win the top prize? Wow! She really looks like a good friend of mine! I don't think my friend is that good of a singer nad that's definately not her name but the similarities are remarkable.
I like Carly, the one that had problems with her Visa last time, and Brooke, the girl that played the piano in Hollywood.
As far as guys go, I like Danny, the gay guy, and the Michael, the guy with the Aussie accent.
Josiah was my favorite he was the guy living in his car from Morristown TN he wrote all his own songs. But he didn't make it to the final 24.I hope he gets a wildcard spot though.
I will have to go with Robbie Carrico and David Archuleta for the guys and Syesha Mercado and Brooke White for the girls.
I'm just glad Josiah is gone so we don't have to watch him cry the entire season.
LoL about Josiah cring! That really got old after the first episode!
I really did like him though! I thought he had amazing talent. It was kinda weird that he picked up a Britsh Accent though.
Not trying to bash the blog, but I am so tired of American Idol! lol... It usually turns out that the person who finishes runner-up ends up more successful than the winner!
So let's cheer for 1st runner up!!
I have a better idea... lets change the channel.
More people vote for the next American Idol [though it isn't a realistic figure] than those who vote for President...
This country is a sad country, where many people think the world envies us. Yet, a majority don't even take part in the very process that supposedly sets us apart, real voting!
Maybe it's because we have better choices on American Idol
I like David Archuleta. The guys are way better than the girls this year. Don't you kind of think that Alaina Whitaker is a Carrie Underwood clone?
Not at all. Watch Carrie's audition and you will see that in the beginning stages of the competition Alaina has been a better singer than Carrie was.
