The wonder of eBay

Posted Wednesday, September 26, 2007, at 10:07 PM

I had an interesting conversation with a fellow eBayer last week. We were both dabbling in auction items, but his real interest was in automotive accessories. What caught my attention was his effort to sell an old car motor he had put up for auction for $200. It did not sell.

He then decided to take it apart, clean up the parts and list them again. He has made $2500 so far and still counting!!

He had another motor from an airplane that he thought was useless to airplane enthusiasts, but..... It was not being used in airplanes anymore but a fellow bought it for his airboat.

Ya never know!
