An interesting article in the eBay "Chatter" http://www.ebaychatter.com/
It describes how underwear should be: Changed often Not shared with friends Not left lying around Should be mysterious The longer the better But the most interesting thing is a chart showing how long it takes to crack a password with different numbers, lower and upper case and combinations of all of the above. Something else you can do to add to the complexity of your password is add special characters. !@#$%^&*()<>?, things like that. Some sites may restrict use of those, but when you can use them they help. Every special character you use makes it exponentially more difficult to crack
