We will keep her, but let her human know she is safePosted Sunday, December 2, 2007, at 3:04 PM
She loves to visit
Sophie has settled in with us, but any chance she gets to get in one of our vehicles to head home and she is there. She won't get out and we eventually have to lift her out. If her human is in assisted living or a nursing home, we will be happy to bring her for a visit. We know she misses them and we would bet they miss her. Steve Mills and his wife have one daughter and live on a farm outside of Bell Buckle. They previously owned two coffee/ice cream shops, currently operate an internet sales company and teach classes, but his primary job involves the paper industry worldwide. Hobbies and interests lie in gardening, photography, recorded music and of course, their pets.

Mr. Mills I think you have done all you can do! It was very considerate of you to try and get her back to whoever she belongs to.
I wish I had sent the picture of our missing puppy to you rather than another blogger that I ask to post his picture. Hes not lost any longer. Our neighbor found our dog (Happy) after he was attacked and killed!
So sorry to hear of the sad outcome for Happy. I don't know how well seen these blogs are but I would be happy to help anyone who loses their friend.
Disgusted, I'm sure it is painful for you to even think about adopting another dog right now, but we just adopted one from the Animal Shelter. I personally witnessed a lot of ADORABLE and BEAUTIFUL dogs and puppys at all three places here in Shelbyville. They all need a good home. Maybe you should check them out, if you feel like now is the time to add a new family memeber. I am sorry to hear about your loss.
