Need help on a computerprinting problemPosted Sunday, December 9, 2007, at 9:13 PM
One of our fellow bloggers came to me with a question about their printer not printing envelopes correctly. I usually need the computer and screen in front of me to work things like this out, but I thought one of you might be able to help right away.
Since this is for printing Christmas envelopes, time is of the essence. They are using PaintShop Pro custom graphics. They are using this in conjunction with WordPerfect 12, which may be giving conflicting commands, but I am not sure. Maybe they will respond to your posts.
They attempted to enter the dimensions of the envelope to customize, and thought all was going well, until they clicked "Print". Then, the printer spit out 3/4 of the envelope before it realized it was supposed to print that part, and prints the first couple inches of the next piece of paper/envelope.
