Air traffic to ground controlPosted Monday, December 31, 2007, at 7:59 AM
I was having trouble thinking of a title for this entry. The traffic in front of our kitchen window was phenomenal and I did not know where to start.
No, not car traffic. Instead we had seven squirrels bouncing around ten or more doves, who were dodging as many cardinals in between the many finch, nuthatch, titmouse, chickadee, sparrow, woodpeckers and even deer!
One of our cats got within 10 feet of them before I had to break it up. Our cats are not starving so he had his fun stalking. Up until yesterday one of the flying creatures would have been our youngest cat, but I had to restrict his flight plan after he was able to catch a bird in mid-air. (The bird survived)
I wonder where the turkeys were?
