At least the Software & Information Industry Association is going about the effort to shut down pirated software in a reasonable manner. They are suing the pirates who are selling it and not trying to take a chunk out of eBay. http://www.bizjournals.com/sanjose/stori... In my opinion some other Verified Rights Owners (VERO) are absurd when they sue eBay for not knowing that a pair of jeans is real or fake. I could rant on about that but……..

In addition to the original statement about insertion and Final Value Fees a few weeks ago, eBay is lowering insertion rates for 'media' sales like books, music, video and game software.
