eBay Chatter - Watch out for free seminarsPosted Thursday, March 13, 2008, at 8:24 AM
As we often hear, very little is ever really free.
These seminars come in the area occasionally and I believe one came through here a month or so ago where free gifts, meals and supposed education is offered. Here is a link for a recent "free seminar" to make money on the internet, including eBay. Attendee beware. http://www.denverpost.com:80/technology/... It you are wanting a free meal and have extra time on your hands, it might be interesting to attend, but leave your wallet somewhere else. I went to one in Nashville for a motivational and investment seminar. Did not get anything free but it was interesting. Luckily the lines signing up were long and I was still hungry, so I did not sign on the dotted line. Comments Showing comments in chronological order [Show most recent comments first] |

They previously owned two coffee/ice cream shops, currently operate an internet sales company and teach classes, but his primary job involves the paper industry worldwide. Hobbies and interests lie in gardening, photography, recorded music and of course, their pets.

My prize was $1,000 in merchandise. The merchandise was free but you had to pay S&H charges, which were more than the cost of the mercandise
Ouch! $1,000 shipping and handling! I thought freight was high now!
