  • We got this from Bell Buckle about an hour ago:

    "Bell Buckle is in the process of flushing the lines and doing more water samples so we can be assured of water quality. We will keep you apprised of the results of these tests and when the "Boil Water Alert" can be lifted. Thank you!"

  • Steve;

    I think Bell Buckle is downstream from the herd. (Joke)

    Anybody know what the source of the problem is?

    Sounds Bacterial. How?

  • What I glean from the news releases is that this is just precautionary because they know that the ground water had infiltrated the system and they can not treat it properly.

    I do not think any particular bacteria, sewage or other contaminants have been documented as being in the water.
