Ramblings - Drunk DrivingPosted Sunday, April 6, 2008, at 8:14 AM
I doubt that my daughter believes it, but I was young once. My mind still feels that way, but hopefully it has gotten wiser. Before I gained such wisdom, I was prone to dumbness that could have easily turned in to tragedy.
If I had seen more of the video link here (its not pleasant and came through komando.com), I might have thought a LOT HARDER before I had a drink and then drove. Maybe it will be good to share this with upcoming drivers or those you know are taking chances. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RwWJZ1MiA...
Would it have taken away my fun? In retrospect, I don't think so, but I might have been doing a lot more of the driving and felt the satisfaction that my actions probably saved some friends and some innocents.
