eBay Chatter - making adjustments to correct issues with feedback

Scream loud enough and your get heard. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Whatever your saying is, eBay has started making adjustments to their unpopular feedback system and this time it is leveling the field for sellers a bit.

I didnt check the link, but got an e-mail today. I will check it out tomorrow. I do hope there are some substantial changes though.

Not a lot at the time but a promise of more to come. At least neutrals will be neutral and negatives can be negotiated again.
